For me it's very bad experience.
I booked this hotel in online hotel booking app GOIBIBO for 6 days and paid that money in online but after reaching hotel they are asking extra money of around 400 per day that means around 2400 for 6 days. They are telling that online price is wrong and you have to give extra money to stay. I told them it's your mistake, why you put wrong price details in online booking . For that question they are not able to answer. Still they are not allowing me inside. They want me to cancel that booking. So I cancelled and stayed there for 1 day for that I paid extra 550 rs from that online price.
The rooms are very spacious and good. Bed is very comfortable. Toilets are OK. AC, Heater and WiFi are available, Can water also available.
Staffs are polite. But they are not accepting any terms regarding that booking.
Cons
Lift is not there, it's very difficult for elder people.
Hotel area is inside from Main road and it's narrow so it's difficult for taxi to come inside and it's very difficult to take U-turn.
Nearby food availability is not good.
Verdict
It's nice place to stay in centre of city.

They don't respect people, they have rule only online guest not for offline guest bcz of money wrost experience in my life.

Excellent Hotel - right from the room's and Housekeeping staff especially are very courteous. Location is good,Remind Guests to wear masks when going near the buffet area
