I had a wonderful experience staying at The Retreat hotel in Agra. The location is excellent,making it very convenient to explore the city's attractions. The hotel features a very good pool, perfect for relaxing The rooms were neat and clean and well maintained,friendly staff.

Not worth more than 3k. This hotel charged 11.5k but trust me extremely poor wrt quality of rooms, amenities. No refrigerator in room, no hair drier, when asked the management says its only on demand... are you serious? Drinking Water supplied only 500ml per person. Huh? No room slippers again only on demand. Dont book if the tarriff is above 3k. Better hotels around in 11.5k range. Limited choice in morning breakfast. Serves mangola / slice in name of fruit juice. Save your money and avoid this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Retreat! The room was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were extremely polite and attentive. A special thanks to Miss Sanjana for her helpful nature and warm hospitality—she made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. And special thanks to Yogesh .Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service!

- Food was average. Margarita Pizza was not good. Definitely not kid friendly. - Bed were okay. Bedside Plug did NOT work - Toilet was dirty on arrival. Room was not “clean”as suggested. - shower was decent enough. - On departure staff were constantly pestering us about taking our bags when we were NOT ready. Went to our other room to see family and on way 3 different people asked us about bags. (the room was next door) and then 2 different people proceeded to knock at our door to ask. (it was 7am).

Lovely experience 10/10. The service has been very good and I find the beds to be very comfortable. The food for breakfast and dinner were delicious.

A very decent place to stay. Hotel is clean and we booked 3 room. Got rooms towards the lobby end which was very convenient for the kids to play as no disturbance was there. Amenities wise, no complaints - only 1 litre bottle per night, rest you can take RO water any number of times. Breakfast spread was decent also with eggs, chicken sausage, vermicilli, potato wedges, idli sambhar, poori aloo, tea/coffee, cornflakes, 2 fruits, bread/jam, muffins. Driver gets complimentary meals as well - which is actually very good.

It was nice experience staying at this hotel. Good ambiance, staff is very cooperative and has very good food. Overall it was great experience since it is just 5 Mins away from Tak Mahal. DO visit this place.
