Hotel Niharika is located in upscale area of Elgin, a bit off centre. The front desk staff was cold and clueless. Room was small size and bathroom clean. The mattress had BED BUGS. Room service was prompt, and food was good. The room experience spoiled my stay. When, I complained about bedbugs , at the frontdesk, response was cold and without any action or apology. Not suitable for business, corporate travellers.

Ac not working properly all the switches and tv remort was in bad condition as per tarrif room was very bad

Stay is Good. South Indian tiffen is also served. The room rent price should be reduced to certain extent compared to similar hotels

The hotel is at the road side , traffic noise rooms are v badly maintained, mattress is old n worn out , v small room unhygienic conditions, it’s not worth the price staff is good , food is average see better options pls
