The reception staff was well-trained and professional and any problems such as a billing confusion was resolved effortlessly, and more, the manager suggested me to relax in my room while they sort out the issue; no need to stand at the reception

There was some drainage issue in one of the rooms (I had booked several rooms). A call to zero resolved the issue within 10 minutes. The service was ultra-fast for a hotel of this size

They have shown a bold move by placing specially challenged (speech and hearing) individuals at public facing roles such as the butler, the restaurant waiter, etc

They are all well-trained and were able to communicate with my parents, my kid, and us effortlessly

Everything was perfect; except the dinner buffet.  I quote four memorable experiences

Just a suggestion: They need a technical consultant for a banquet hall to upgrade their music system, video projections and they should have experience in the audio visual sector

The rooms are clean and comfortable, close to the beach and market, convenient for travel, the staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is decent.

The suite was quite large, and the cleanliness and service were all good. The food in the restaurant was also quite good. There's also a Bangladeshi restaurant where you can try Bangladeshi cuisine

Just opposite medical college and hospital in College Street. Bedsheets towels curtains all seemed perfectly washed and cleaned. Ac wifi tv geysers water heaters everything upto the mark and working just perfectly

Rooms are normal and very small. After keeping two suitcases no space in room. Had to book this since we had a work in kolkatta university which is near by

I booked a non-ac room. Got a very small single room that is comfortable. Blanket was not provided. Water heater and other basic facilities were there.

Even the a/c rooms of that hotel do not have intercom telephone, no drinking water service. They give water filled in bottles whoever asks. Below average hotel. But bathroom was clean 90 out of 100.

Location is good but room is very small for single person room and price is little bit high.

Being located at the heart of Central Calcutta, there is bustle and activity in the streets around the place but it would be unfair to say that it impinges upon the guest's privacy or peace

The place is pretty clean and fresh. Bedsheet and pillow covers are fresh ones. They also provided a thick blanket which holds a good amount of cold. The bathroom was clean and ventilated. Everything is perfect.

Crowded during breakfast and lobbies were filled with people due to weddings and events. Otherwise service, amenities and pool areas were all lovely
