The reception staff was well-trained and professional and any problems such as a billing confusion was resolved effortlessly, and more, the manager suggested me to relax in my room while they sort out the issue; no need to stand at the reception

Costs nothing but left a lasting impression!  The dinner buffet was fine in general but the management could work on the menu and taste better, given the spotless nature of all of their other amenities and services

We booked a single-bed room for two nights but at check-in the staff informed us that only a twin room was available as the hotel was fully booked. It was a bit confusing how the room allocation was managed

On the second day, we were moved to a single-bed room as originally booked. The bed was quite small, but still acceptable

I booked a deluxe twin bed room but they provide sinngle & their room was not good. Ac problem, refrigerator missing. In room service I called for a towel but they were busy & did not send it to the room
