I had a fantastic time during my stay. Starting from my check-in till my check-out I must say it was wow! All the services providing are excellent and as specially I love my room view & the way they're cleaning the room

They were in the bar when their parents were drinking and even the children were holding alcoholic beverages. I objected few times regarding allowing Children in a bar but no action taken

This hotel is massive, felt like i was living in a modern royal palace. I did get lost trying to find my ways. The staff was extremely courteous. I could see that excellent customer service is their top priority

Going down for breakfast each morning we were always greated warmly and all of the staff were very accommodating and friendly to my 3 year old, going above and beyond to ensure he was doing well

Room is spacious, the bed is amazing! Bath tub(in the room), Steam bath, sauna ,swimming pool and gym access are complimentary along with a lavish breakfast spread (Sunday special is even better), plus additional discount coupons for their bar 31-32, restaurants nori and seasonal taste

good Hotel but Hotel Reception Process very slow

- slow check in, extremely slow - cufusing location between ITC Royal - not clean enough for 5 stars - the room is smell and humid - kettle is dirty and old + i give only positive as they give 6 bottle of water and welcome friut everyday

Located in New town nearby to airport. Lot shopping options are nearby. Large rooms and lot of space is plus point. Sitting arrangements oneach floor gives great time spending options

Our stay in Taj is memorable experience. Young able staff were always courteous helpful and at times went beyond call of duty to assist. Our only request is for Taj keep improving the food and beverage items

The bed linen was not clean. Bathroom flush was continuously flowing disturbing the sleep. No attached restaurant was a big handicap. Could have kept a kettle with some tea/ coffee sachets to have morning tea.
