Spa-Hotels in Kolkata

Nice hotel in Kolkata. Room is very clean with a wide spread of breakfast options. Recommended.

The hotel was as luxurious as advertised. The extensive breakfast options, spacious gym, and professional spa service were especially outstanding. The only disappointment was the excessively long check-in process. (They were trying to do everything digitally, including passport scanning, but the system wasn't working, so we had to wait about 30 minutes). Also, the soundproofing between rooms above...

It was freaking clean and service was awesome

Very grand hotel with spacious rooms. Range of restaurants available. Do try restaurants at their sister hotel - the Sonar as well.

I recently stayed at ITC Sonar Bangla, Kolkata with my father, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — warm, respectful, and genuinely caring.

Good hotel, good receptionist and services.

Nice for business purposes especially the breakfast is good

Stayed at the hotel from 13 to 16 Feb.. Thankyou Navotel for a lovely & comfortable stay.. 😊Flagging some pertinent issues for improvement:- 1. The restaurant serving staff needs to be slightly more proactive & improve their service. Food is good & the variety is awesome, kudos to your kitchen staff. 2. Hotel Gym needs upgradation by having better gymming equipment specially running trademills. 3...

I stayed at Novotel Kolkata for six nights, and overall the experience was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with excellent taste and variety. Also, I had been experiencing throat pain for a few days. One night, quite late, I requested Lemon Coriander Soup even though it wasn’t on the menu. The team kindly prepared it for me on request, and it was so good that it helped...

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was great and we were pleasantly upgraded to an apartment, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was also very good and we really enjoyed it. The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes in the restaurant area, which could be improved. Overall, it was a nice stay and we had a good experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a pleasant one-night stay at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious and well maintained. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay. 😊

I was completely exhausted when I arrived, but the moment I stepped into the hotel, my mood instantly changed. The warm ambiance and positive energy made me feel relaxed and welcome right away. Every staff member I came across had a genuine smile on their face, which truly reflects the hotel’s culture of hospitality. A special mention to Abhishek for his outstanding service. He was extremely welcoming...

The service has been top noch staff work at 100% off there expected designation. food great manage willing to assist for request customer needs.

That’s a nice place where you can spend your time. Clean room and great food. It is so sweet to have some fruits presence.

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ms. Kusum was very kind and professional and even changed the room according to our need. Breakfast was with good spread as usual for JW standards. Only setback, too many guests. Crowded during breakfast and lobbies were filled with people due to weddings and events. Otherwise service, amenities and pool areas were all lovely. Satisfied...

Check in at that hour was smooth. Nice spacious room. Highlight was the buffet breakfast and lunch . Wide range of selection to choose from . booking was for 2 night started 6th Aug ,got late to review still was travelling...

A flawless experience. Incredibly luxurious stay at a great price for a business traveler. Excellent English skills by everyone. Room serve was prompt, even though I didn't order until almost midnight. Nawab, the *** helping with cars, was a truly phenomenal help. He called my ride and made sure my trip went smoothly, and got me and the car loaded up and on my way.

Hotel, rooms are good.. but the service part need to wait for long time.

Amazing hotel! The attentive service by each person made the stay very special. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast and the spa is well worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Hotel stay was amazing! Maybe the only flaw is the location as my driver keep going to the wrong entrance

Good hotel. Breakfast could have been better.

Clean, quiet , very courteous staff, numerous facilities and a number of restaurants and bars to choose from!

Room was good , the atmosphere is good ,but it under maintenance, it was very noisy in the day , can't take a rest c, cant working or meeting in the room. checked-in process is difficult and slow , its not professional bas 5 stars hotel.

hotel cleanliness and location is ok. only 30 to 40 mins from airport and maybe 50 to 60mins during peak hours. The room is comfortable and clean. The food (in room dining) is big portion and solo traveller cannnot order too many dishes. The reception counter is slow in serving the guests. Always seems to be multi-tasking. I.e. cannot concentrate and handle one guest at a time, while other guests...

good Hotel but Hotel Reception Process very slow

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and polite, had dinner buffet and breakfast buffet, both delicious.

Front office staff had some issue with trip.com and they made me wait inspite of me s

This was one of our best stays in Kolkata. Hyatt Regency Kolkata is an excellent all purpose hotel with high end restaurants and five start guest services, fast Internet, clean rooms and bathrooms, fresh towels, clean water supply always and more. I highly recommend this five start hotel which has kept up to it's reputation for decades. It has a wide variety of food choices and sumptuous breakfast

Hotel is near airport. But all main attractions are far away

Journey time to hotel from airport about 20 min drive. Hotel to cricket stadium journey time will be 15 to 20 min drive. It’s easy to get uber and ola service. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Have stayed here before Service is on point Special mention to Vivek who was wonderful

Hotel was overall ok but I didn't like the breakfast that much and everyday it's same food

Very comfortable hotel with great service and a huge breakfast buffet

Decent hotel…not too much but not less

Good experience, perfevt noght spot

Everything was perfect; except the dinner buffet. We will come to that later.  I quote four memorable experiences.   1. The reception staff was well-trained and professional and any problems such as a billing confusion was resolved effortlessly, and more, the manager suggested me to relax in my room while they sort out the issue; no need to stand at the reception. What a nice gesture!   2. There was...

Everything was great all staff was very helpful Room was very clean Vibes is so good spending there was good memories even 2 nights for short trip

Had a wonderful stay at Taj City Centre, Kolkata. The service throughout was exceptional, and the breakfast spread was excellent with a great variety and quality. What truly stood out was how helpful and attentive the staff were at every step. A special mention to Dipanjan Banerjee from the Front Office for his warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. He made the experience even more memorable...

Excellent service team! Thx reception and restaurant team! And Suhani , Ritipriya :) thank u 🙏

This was our first stay at Taj. We were thoroughly impressed. Everything was immaculately clean. It is next door to City Centre 2 shopping mall so there is a lot of food choices nearby. The reception were welcoming and hospitable. We would definitely stay again.

The service at taj is by far the best I have ever experienced.

I am excited and wonderful place … so beautiful view

Best view with superior services and comfortable hosting!

Staying at The Oberoi Grand is like stepping into a piece of history. The hotel perfectly balances colonial charm with modern luxury. The service is truly world-class, making you feel special from the moment you arrive. It is undoubtedly an iconic landmark and the finest place to stay in Kolkata."

Highly recommended! ✨

My stay at OBEROI HOTEL was truly unforgettable. The hotel perfectly blends royal heritage charm with modern luxury. I loved staying at this hotel. I am writing this three years after I went, and this is still the benchmark that I define all hotels by in terms of character, quality, comfort and hospitality. This is one of the few hotels that I remember fondly and still feel good about having spent time there.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Definitely recommend. I was travelling from London to Kolkata .

We checked -in the hotel on Saturday night .. there are 2 club that’s very noisy inside the Hotel premises … the music was very (extra) loud  (no soundproof walls )although  our room was on 4th floor still it was not helpful in anyway the music ended at 4.00 am (both on Saturday /Sunday) it was very bad experience staying at the property .

More than 30 mins waiting time at the hotel reception just to allocate a room for me after repeated requests

Location is the star of the hotel , the property is a little run down .

Amount which I pay for the property is only worth if you want to stay in park street nothing else in hotel

Easy connect to restuarant and places, service is number one.

I recently stayed for one night at Pride Plaza Hotel Kolkata, and my experience was very pleasant. The hotel offers a comfortable and well-maintained environment, making it a great choice for a short stay. I would especially like to appreciate the receptionist, Shristy Chettri, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout my visit. She handled everything efficiently and ensured a smooth check...

Nice stay ..housekeeping survive is very good….housekeeping soma is very nice………………………………,,,………..,……….,…,………….

The rooms are clean and comfortable, close to the beach and market, convenient for travel, the staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is decent.

Located at a very busy area, where the bustling streets are lined with clothing vendors. Was upgraded to a huge 2 room suite. However, it was next to the meeting rooms where there were a dozen seated students awaiting their interviews for all the 4 days I was there. Getting to my room meant having to walk past a row of seated students.  Although the room was clean, the shower cubicle was not. The...

overall are good and travelling as business trip staying in this hotel.

Really good, well kept hotel in the centre of it all, can’t go wrong, highly recommend.

Nice place for stay with family

The suite was quite large, and the cleanliness and service were all good. The food in the restaurant was also quite good. There's also a Bangladeshi restaurant where you can try Bangladeshi cuisine. The meals were quite international, with some Indian specialties. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Great pool in the sunshine, and wonderful staff! Would stay there again!

Arrived late at night for check-in. The room was incredibly spacious, with a living room, dining area, and bedroom. The downsides were that the glass door to the living room balcony couldn't be opened, and the bedroom had no windows, which felt very claustrophobic. The room's facilities were dated, and the renovation work wasn't very effective. The hallway had an overpowering scent that was quite strong...

A fantastic stay at the Taj Bengal to celebrate our anniversary. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Great location and food options were top notch. Thank you!

I had a good experience at Taj

This hotel exceeded expectations with its elegant rooms, ideal location, and exceptionally warm, professional staff. Their attentive service made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Excellent services although felt that some mosquitoes were there. Otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was awesome and staff is super friendly and helpful. All together highly recommended to stay.

It was a great experience. My room number was 224. Pintu Sir and Mousumi Ma'am were so helpful and caring. Thank you for giving the best service.

Pintu and mousumi were very excellent at their job plus friendly in nature. Loved their room service at HHI. They were very much welcoming.

Housekeeping is very good. Service is very good. Overall stay is fantastic.

Excellent service. Staff behavior was also very good. Pintu Ghosh and Mousumi Saha , two housekeeping staffs were very friendly and humble.

Staying and experiencing 5star hotel for the first time. Hence don't have any other experience to compare with. But overall the experience was good. Liked Location, service, cleanliness, etc. Mousumi and Pintu came for house keeping. They were very much good at their work. Liked their behavior and coordination.

We had a great stay at HHI Kolkata. The location is one of the best location at the centre of Kolkata. Room size is good. The staffs are very helpful. I am grateful to the frontdesk for allowing delayed checkout.

Location is very very beautiful . Stay was good. Room was very nice.overalls good stay..

The property is massive seems a bit old , I did not like the food served it was not as per my expectation. The room service response was poor. The location is good and the stay Was peaceful.

Kolkata Zone by The Park is an excellent 5-star hotel. I would especially like to thank Mirajul from the Housekeeping (HK) staff. He is very well-mannered and his behavior is truly incomparable. I will definitely visit Kolkata Zone by The Park again. Thanks to everyone!"

The location of the hotel is good. The environment of the hotel is very family friendly. The rooms was quiet spacious and clean. The staff members especially Adrija and Subir was cooperative and professional. Must visit this place.

We’re cyclists from Australia and have been travelling around the world on our bikes for 5 years. We received a wonderful welcome by the staff and everyone couldn’t do enough for us. The room was comfortable, the hotel itself had a great feel about it making us feel at home. The gym and spa were fantastic. The food was superb and so were all the wait staff. Everyone was super attentive to all our needs...

Older facility. Tried charging us for 2nd person. I had 2 room bookings. Finally they found 2nd booking. Overpriced for value provided. Attached restaurant service was good.

Clean and well maintained hotel

My friend and I decided to stay here because of the location and reviews. It was a good location…honestly we Ubered everywhere but it seemed like a good base. The room was tinier than expected, but met our needs. It was clean, everything worked, no one bothered us when we had our “don’t bother us” sign on. The shower was ok…could have been hotter, but good pressure. I do wish we had been able to check...

We booked for 4 nights and will definitely be staying again next time we visit Kolkata. The rooms are cosy, spotlessly clean, and well appointed with any facilities you require. The staff are friendly, dedicated, and helpful. The food and drinks are also delicious. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, close to the famous bars and restaurants of Park Street.

I had a good stay at the hotel in Kolkata. The rooms were comfortable, and its location is a definite advantage—close to popular attractions such as Victoria Memorial and the vibrant Park Street area, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. However, the TV service could be improved; I often wanted to watch the news, but only app-based options were available, which was somewhat inconvenient...

Had an amazing pool party (my daughter's 5th Birthday) at Hotel Senses...great arrangements made by the team...Anupam ji was fantastic :) Thank u and thank u for making the day so memorable.

The food and restaurant experience was top notch. Chef Vijay and Arindam was excellent guy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fortune Park Panchwati. The hotel overall was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Puja, who was extremely polite and welcoming. She went out of her way to assist me with an early check-in and also arranged a room with a beautiful pool view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff...

Stay was very comfortable. Food was also awesome. I liked the Superior class room which we don't usually get in any other hotel.

The hotel was nice, and the rooms were amazing. Swimming pools were available, and there were some beautiful flowers in front of the reception area. However, the hall areas and swimming pools need better cleaning; I even found one nail on the floor. There were two TVs in the two rooms. The rooms were spacious—one room had two double beds, and the other room had one double bed. A hair dryer was available...

Well behaved courtesies and cooperative staff. Good experience, we have had comfortable stay with good ambiance. Food quality was excellent. Housekeeping staff took care. Madhabi and Mamoni were quite helpful.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Madhavi, mamoni and tuisha’s behaviour was really nice and they came for room cleaning.

We recently attended an annual convening at Lemon Tree Premier, Kolkata, and had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Rehman and Ashish from the restaurant team for thoughtfully catering to all our food preferences and ensuring we enjoyed healthy and delicious meals throughout our stay. Highly recommended! Specially we liked live counter food server in dinner buffet. ❤️😍

Mr. Mostafijur and Mr. Mayukh were very nice and gave us so much attention. They were very humble and spoke nicely with us, as all the staff were so good and nice. We were so tired, but they made us so comfortable. Very good staff, so humble. I'm so happy I can't express it. Someone treating us so nicely makes us feel so good. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful experience at Lemon Tree. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and every aspect of my stay was handled with great care and professionalism. A special thanks to Mr. Rehman, the F&B Manager, for his outstanding hospitality.
