Child abuser . Marriott hotel are allowing children as young as 3 years in their bar and not one ,  seven of them and for hours. They were in the bar when their parents were drinking and even the children were holding alcoholic beverages. I objected few times regarding allowing Children in a bar but no action taken.  It’s against the law and I believe Indian law doesn’t allow less than 21 years old...

This hotel is massive, felt like i was living in a modern royal palace. I did get lost trying to find my ways. The staff was extremely courteous. I could see that excellent customer service is their top priority. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very delicious and they had too many selections to choose from. I had a great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Many dust and staines i found in the room. Food is good.

Everything was top notch.. I checked past midnight but no hassles. I was a bit underwhelmed when they requested me to checkout before 11am citing another booking. I protested as their check out times while booking are 12pm and check in is at 3pm - leaving them ample time for turning around the room. Rest of the experience was amazing. Picked this hotel because it’s a reliable brand and it didn’t disappoint. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The lads at reception tried to sneakily add some extra charges when I checked-in which was frustrating as I’d paid up front, so I’m glad I was concentrating!

The hotel check in time was 2pm but check in was not complete until 430pm. The room given was on a high floor with a nice view and otherwise, service was also slow with room service taking a long time to give a menu also.

Travel with friends but they booked via another agent (***********) to pay at the property. They faced the problem at checking in as their bookings were cancelled and the hotel staff informed they tested the payment of credit card but declined so the hotel cancelled their rooms.  The hotel then offered a higher cost room telling this is the best they could do.  We argued this was not guest’s mistake...

My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.

I went for lunch at Peshawri. It had a peaceful atmosphere. They had nice aprons to be work while eating. The food was tasty. Loved the mutton seekh kabab. And the paan that was served after food was Wow! The onion kulcha with dal bukhara was a good combination.

This hotel is really classic. Good good. But It is a litte bit far away from the center of Kolkata.

Check in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

You can receive the best service in an old-fashioned building. The cleanliness of the rooms is the best among all the hotels I have stayed in in India. You are not allowed to give personal tips to employees, so there are no cases where they look like they are expecting a tip, and every employee smiles brightly and says hello every time they pass by. The breakfast buffet is also very good.

Large, pleasant room with all the necessary toiletries, attentive staff and high-quality restaurant.

While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.

We usually stay here when stopping over in Kolkata as it's conveniently located. You can catch an Uber to the airport for around 150 rupees. It's located next to a supermarket and just down the road is a nice shopping center. The staff were very attentive and helpful even though it was a busy time.

Nice and clean lobby with central location, modern and clean restrooms. Just a suggestion: They need a technical consultant for a banquet hall to upgrade their music system, video projections and they should have experience in the audio visual sector. Overall it was good. There were some initial miscommunications but overall staff were nice especially Souvik and Ashish who helped with luggage and late night entry. I wish the cleaner use vacume cleaner during the room service. There was quite a bjt of dust. Using a quick mop just hide the dust for a few hours and when it's dry they come again. That's my main point.

Not worth the price. Property is good service is average. All rooms do not have refrigerator. There is no phone line in rooms. You cannot call reception or room service or restaurant. When we reached they took more then an hour to get our luggage and while returning we were waiting for our car for eternity.
