We booked a single-bed room for two nights but at check-in the staff informed us that only a twin room was available as the hotel was fully booked. It was a bit confusing how the room allocation was managed. On the second day, we were moved to a single-bed room as originally booked. The bed was quite small, but still acceptable. I stayed at this hotel from 1st to 4th December 2025. The rooms are clean, spacious and the food is good. The entrance may look a bit commercial but once you are in side the hotel premises, its a nice. The linen is fresh and so are the towels. The front office guy by name Mr. Halder was very helpful. I am a retired SBI Staff. I stayed in this Hotel in December 2025 for 4 days. One of the best hotels I have ever seen. Service is good. They have 100% vegetarian restaurant. Food was tastey and reasonable price. Shared Auto is available just infront of Hotel. Metro is juse 1 Kms from Hotel.

We had lunch at Swagath Restaurant today . There were 7 of us and we ordered both North Indian and South Indian dishes. I must say, the quality of food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and I highly recommend dining at Swagath.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had gone to their restaurant during Onam to have the Sadya. The spread was quite wide and everything tasted really good. Service was warm too. The manager was sweet to keep checking on us if the food was to our liking and if we needed anything.
