I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the biggest issue was the noise — the rooms are not soundproof, so I could not sleep well during my stay. They also need to improve their European breakfast options.

This was the fourth or fifth time that I have stayed at the Kempton Hotel. I have always found it a property that provides value for money.
