Don't trust the photos. The hotel is dirty, the bed linens are dirty. The service is zero. When we asked to at least change the bed linens, they gave us new ones, but they were in the same condition.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Upon checking in, I was shocked to find a trash bag left right outside my room along the corridor. This was already a terrible first impression, but things only got worse when I entered the room.

The walls were stained and mouldy, the toilet bowl was dirty and discoloured, and even the sink was filthy, mouldy and rusty. The overall condition made me feel extremely uncomfortable and genuinely concerned for my health. There was no way I could safely or comfortably sleep in that room.

I immediately requested an early checkout because the room was completely unacceptable, but the staff denied my request and insisted there would be no refund, despite the appalling condition of the room.

Don’t be fooled by the nice photos on the booking platform—they are very misleading. The real condition is far from what is advertised, and once you see the truth, you’re basically trapped with no way to back out.

I strongly advise others to avoid this place. This was a highly disappointing and unpleasant stay.
