Female solo traveller - felt very safe although I checked in at about 2am cos of flight delay. For the price, really good value. If really want to nitpick, it would be great if showerhead is detachable and doors are thicker as neighbours kept waking me up in the morning with luggages and talking. But then again, for this price, can get our own earplugs 🙈 security was v nice to help me with luggage when I was leaving - wanted to tip him but my grab arrived and everything was happening v quickly. Thanks again!

The room was okay — not great, but not bad either. It wasn’t spotless, but still comfortable enough. For the price, it’s really good value. The staff were friendly and even let me check in early, which I really appreciated. The location is also very strategic, close to many places. Overall, a nice budget-friendly option for a short stay.

Good enough budget hotel if you're just staying for a short time. Room is clean. It's obvious that the place has existed for quite a while now, so the wear and tear is there.
Best thing was that we were able to check in at 2 am.
The only thing that could have been better was the food choices in breakfast, maybe add a little bit more?
Otherwise the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The best decission I made choosing this hotel for a short stay. The location was the main reason. Because it is super convenient and strategic compare to other properties around. Its only like 10mins from the airport OMG I love it! The highlight is Mr. Semara the concierge staff. He was super polite and gentle and very friendly. Very respectful, very helpful. He represents the hotel in the best way possible! We were even given a free early check in! What could I ask for more! Thank you very much! Hope to be back one day!

Good service but the room is small. The drainage of the shower doesn't work properly in my room (room 109)
