Good Location, friendly team , Clean . Breakfast is the area where they need improvement. No vegetarian or Vegan options on set Breakfast menu.

Excellent location and a clean hotel, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and close to the airport.

The hotel location is very near to the airport ,very convenient. And near the beach. Food is delicious. Stuff are all kind and helpful.

We regularly stay at Sulis when transiting to other parts of Indonesia or just for some R&R pre or post our Australia flights. The staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are spacious and quiet, and the roof top pool and restaurant are very nice. Sulis is our first choice every time.

Wonderful hotel with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is daily. Breakfasts are amazing! The restaurant staff was always quick to help us clean and cut fruits we bought from the supermarket, and even packed them into lunchboxes for us before we left. Nusa Penida beach is a 10-minute taxi ride away.

The breakfast was plentiful, but not really to my taste. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early, which was great. The room was spotless, and the mattress was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Lounging by the pool with a book was incredibly relaxing.

Fajar, the front desk attendant, was incredibly warm and attentive! Not only did he give me a tour of the hotel facilities upon check-in, but he also gave me a traditional Indonesian bracelet! (I was super touched!!! 🥹) I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Bali. The pool is huge, there's a gym and a spa, and you can even join in the hotel's scheduled hand-weaving hat activities...

The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The swimming pool was not very clean.

If you are in Nusa Dua THEN THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY. Staff are amazing, breakfast is superb, the acoustics are terrific you hear nothing from the outside. Rooms are spacious and relaxing. Cut off and enter your own private bliss in D & G Villas. Jenya runs a great oasis.

Great hotel with a lot of facilities

This is our 2nd vist to Harris Hotel and Residence Riverview Kuta. I chose this Hotel for our Family of four because we had great time staying in this hotel on our last trip to Bali in January 2026. We stayed in January for 1 week. I booked family room and they upgraded for free to 2 bedrooms family room which is bigger than the other room I booked because it has two bathrooms. Overall, this property is value for money. Convenient to move around. Breakfast selection was excellent. Staff are friendly.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the restaurant service is great, offering plenty of fruit! The staff provides wonderful service! Overall, it's very good... However, it's disappointing that I saw two mice running around near the fried egg station at breakfast... The hotel room's bathroom is old, the hot water temperature is very low, and the water pressure is quite uncomfortable!

Such a nice place to stay, loved it! Will definitely come back again!

Nice stay. We checked in late at night, and there was a bellhop to help with our luggage and explain the room facilities. The afternoon tea was lovely. The hotel restaurant serves food all day, and it's not expensive.

Excellent hotel right on Kuta Beach. It's not far from the airport and next to a huge shopping mall with various brands. The rooms are spacious, the linens are clean and odor-free. All toiletries are provided. The air conditioning works perfectly, and there's always hot water. The breakfasts are great, and the pool is warm and large. I definitely recommend it.

This hotel is located right on Kuta Beach, and the staff are really friendly. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the location is absolutely fantastic. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here.

The Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite

The hotel was good, though the cleanliness was a little lacking. It offered great value for money. Guests get a 15% discount on the spa. The breakfast selection was limited, and you could only order two egg dishes per person. We also received a night coffee voucher, which included a show, and there was a shuttle service to the airport.

Very close to the airport, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is super convenient. It's perfect for a one-night stay if you arrive late or leave early. Shopping nearby is easy, and the service is excellent and polite. The facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast selection isn't extensive.

We had an overall comfortable stay at The Vira Bali. There were events like the fire dance and the Balinese dance which was great and felt like cultural participation. The rooms were quite spacious yet dated. The gym was good and functional. The breakfast was also pretty good. The pool was clean and refreshing as well. Being just opposite to the mall is an added plus.

The room was clean and tidy. I stayed for four nights, and they even provided L'Occitane travel-sized toiletries above the bathtub. There's a hot spring bath, and the complimentary airport transfer service was excellent.

The room was very clean, and they even prepared a honeymoon dessert for us. The service was incredibly warm; the hotel also provided airport pickup. The staff member, Andrew, was particularly great – so warm and friendly!!!!

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. The breakfast caters well to Chinese tastes. It's lively outside the hotel, but the room itself is not noisy at all.

I booked for 4 bedded room, the hotel located at very strategy location, the Kuta beach just right in front of the hotel. The hotel have one big problems is that the aircon needed to be on for 24 hours to maintain the humidity of the room. Once the aircon is off, the room will soon be wrapped by the water steam. The floor become wet and u can smell the musty smell。 It has two pool. one of the pool...

Location: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away. Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone...

Perfect location if you are planning to go surfing in Kuta Beach as there are a lot of surf schools right across the road at very attractive prices. The room is clean and the interior looks newly furnished. The room also has UK outlets which we appreciate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Even though we stayed only one night to be closer to the airport, next time we’ll stay here a bit longer. We loved the location that’s close to the beach and everything you need. Also the spa is on my next trip list.
