Very nice hotel inside. The best option is the room with access to lagoon. Unfortunately hotel beach is really full of garbage. So you can enjoy swimming pool and lagoon.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, which is perfect for photos. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the overall environment was pleasant. My only minor complaint is that the in-room trash can didn't have a liner – that was a bit odd. Overall, it's good value for money.

The environment is great, and the hotel has a lot of character. It's relatively new, and having breakfast while looking out at the sea is wonderful. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for two nights when I first arrived and really liked it. After spending two days in Ubud, I came back for another night. The environment is great, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is both plentiful and delicious.

We staid at one of the Villas for a couple of nights! It was lovely! Well worth to be away from all the noise and hectic. Fabulous breakfast! Fabulous staff! Our (villa) pool was not in the sun - so slightly cold and be aware that there is some building work going on at the moment - however it did not spoil our stay!

We were just here 2 weeks ago for 1 day and night and had such a great time that we booked a longer stay this time. We had a blast with the spacious rooms, the buffet breakfasts, the gym, lounging pool side and a couple more restaurants. The staff are super friendly and helpful and everything ran so smoothly. We are looking forward to returning here again in the not too distant future!

Amazing stay. I spent the whole 3 days at the resort and never get bored ever. The activities are interesting and you can choose as many as you want. The room is clean and spacious. The facilities are great.

The service was great! They offered a packed breakfast for my early flight, which was very helpful.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 2-minute walk directly into a shopping mall, making shopping and dining super easy. Inside the mall, there's a Labubu specialty store with all the rare items that are hard to find back home.

Although staff were great and the location was very good, our stay was very unpleasant. This is because we were placed in what I believe is the worst room in the whole hotel. This was room #1001. The room had so-called ‘garden view’ but practically no view at all. More importantly, the room had quite strong smell of sewage every single day. I imagine the twin room #1002 next to ours must’ve been similar...

Overall, it was okay. The quality of the toothbrushes in the bathroom was poor; they shed bristles and made my gums bleed. There was no conditioner either, and the front desk was incredibly slow...

The hotel's water was incredibly dirty. After just one face wash, the towel I wrapped around the faucet turned black, and the filtered shower head also blackened after a single shower. The room was spacious and well-designed, but I wasn't keen on the location. The breakfast was really disappointing – barely enough to fill me up. I come to Bali frequently, and this is the worst hotel food I've ever had. And it wasn't cheap either, so definitely not good value for money. I only stayed for one night as it was just a stopover before heading to Nusa Dua.

The environment is quite good, and there's a sky garden. The room is very spacious, but the layout was a bit unusual for me. There are many bars and shops nearby, and the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. It's also very close to the airport, just a 700-800 meter walk.

Very good hotel, nice location, great personnel especially on reception Mr. DANIEL he provided good service and upgraded our room till premium with poolview and access.

My family and I had a wonderful 8-day stay. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the swimming pool was lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. However, for a 5-star hotel, the coffee was disappointing—it tasted like instant coffee and wasn’t anything special.

This hotel was so beautiful and relaxing, the perfect place to adjust when you arrive or chill before you leave. Close to the airport and very peaceful. The staff made it from a good experience to one of the best I’ve enjoyed. I stayed Christmas Eve and they even gave us a complimentary Christmas cookie tree
