Decent hotel to stay. nearby many local restaurants and eateries walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, my room aircond was leaking which I have complained about. I was told it has been fixed while I went out. However it seems still leaking and I have to wipe the drops. However overall it is still ok for the price paid.

Always stay at this hotel for the location. Im feeling its starting to get a bit tired in the rooms. Our shower tiles were very mouldy. A good scrubbing brush and some bleach is really needed. We also checked under the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, I dont think it had been swept in ages. They are now only leaving 2 bottles of water in the room where as before it was 2 in the room...

The best of this hotel is near to the beach & breakfast buffet. The resort itself is very big & you can do a morning jog around the premises. There are 3 pools which is very nice. A kid pool with jacuzzi too.

Amazing stay in Discovery Kartika plaza .. rooms are great and very big , non humid and no mold smell , great bed too .. staff is very attentive and caring and they make sure the guests are happy! Because it’s located right next to a main road, the location is actually quite convenient. However, the city-view room is very noisy at night. I was really bothered by it. You can clearly hear motorcycles passing by, as illustrating that there’s almost no soundproofing. The noise from the balcony facing the road feels like it comes straight into the room.

This hotel was basic. The location was very good with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room had no hand towel or face washers provided and no hand soap. There was only one quarter of a roll of toilet tissue. The restaurant bar was not operating and the pool bar was shut the day we stayed. Overall glad we only stayed for one day.

Located on a small street in Kuta, the traffic was terrible in the afternoon on the way there. If you're catching a flight, make sure to leave at least half an hour early. The room was a bit small but clean. It's a ten-minute walk to the beach, but the path is quite narrow.

Stayed 2 nights on a tour guide 's advice. Overall stay was ok. But some of the rules I never saw anywhere else in the world. You have to deposit money first for ordering food in the restaurant. The room felt spacious and was well-designed; I'd definitely go back. However, the service process needs attention, as it was the only thing that made me very uncomfortable.

The hotel location is excellent, just a stroll to Mall Galeria. The breakfast is limited and average, not many options. The staff are helpful including the security and parking staff. Unfortunately the hotel was on renovations during my visit, but the hotel tried to minimize the impact by placing my room as far as posible from the noise. Great hotel to stay around Kuta area. Location is perfect, right next to galleria shopping mall and opposite of BIMC Hospital. This is the best option if you need to travel to bali for medical tourism. There’s a 24 hr Circle K minimart in the lobby of this hotel

Excellent staff, great manager. While not too walkable area it’s right next to galleria mall which make it great convenience and very short grab ride away to the beach. Recommended specially if you want to stay away from the crazy crowded area

The room was very clean, and they provided shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. They even had Chinese power outlets, a sofa, a TV, and air conditioning. The front desk service was excellent, and the environment was especially beautiful.

The first time they arrange me to 6th floor, the room was ok just the toilet not clean n have odors. After I feedback to the receptionist they arrange me change to another floor, the room type just the same, and clean. The room have 2 balcony with swimming pool view. This room good for two person. It was a great experience staying here unlike the prev hotel stayed in night before. The breakfast/room service served, the attentive staffs and the amenities are well maintained.
