Check-in was smooth and throughout the stay everyone was attentive and friendly. We booked a pool access room and I’d highly recommend doing that if you can

Being able to step straight from the room into the pool made it feel a bit more private and relaxing, especially in the mornings or late afternoon

Very nice hotel inside. The best option is the room with access to lagoon. Unfortunately hotel beach is really full of garbage. So you can enjoy swimming pool and lagoon.

Breakfast was another highlight — lots of variety, good quality food, and enough options that it didn’t feel repetitive even after a few days. Comfortable, great service, and good value for what you get

The room itself was spacious with a big comfy bed, and the minibar being refilled daily (included) was a great bonus that you don’t always get elsewhere

Always a great hotel in Nusa Dua. Tried few restaurant and it was amazing. Kids love the pool and beach area. Rooms is so nice quite big.

The complimentary lobby afternoon tea required a day in advance reservation, but the presentation was exquisite, and we enjoyed it on the balcony area of the lobby, which offered great views and comfortable, non-hot conditions

We were pleasantly surprised to find hotpot at the Chinese restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious! The hotel also thoughtfully provided a lounge on the 15th floor for guests with late flights, offering great views

Overall, the hygiene was very good, although the bathtub seemed a bit unclean and needed an extra rinse. The glass bottled drinking water was difficult to open, and the cap was sharp, posing a risk of cutting fingers

The hotel has several pools, and the atmosphere is fantastic

Just note, this hotel is noisy, not for a relaxing holiday. Located in the centre of the coast of Kuta. All the boutiques, shopping centers, restaurants and cafes, water Park are close by within walking distance

I'll reluctantly give this a five-star review. The service was excellent; the staff were very enthusiastic. Every waiter, every security guard greeted you warmly, not just with a perfunctory, forced smile

The price is reasonable, and the hotel has several swimming pools and a water park area where both adults and children can have fun. You can even exchange Indonesian Rupiah at the front desk, so there's no need to go out

The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's really delicious, and the fried eggs were great. Even the fried noodles and fried rice, which are usually hard to enjoy back home, were genuinely tasty here

The hotel is located by Kuta Beach, just across the road. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, but do be careful with traffic – there are a lot of cars

Treated myself to 4 nights at Villa Rama, one bedroom Villa with a private pool and wow!! It was absolutely stunning

The living area was huge, bedroom huge, private deep space tub (took forever to fill up), rain water shower (lacked pressure but no big deal), a pool deck to sun bake and to chill out

Buffet breakfast is wonderful with lots to choose though it is catered predominantly for the Asian guests. Location is great, shopping just outside the resort. We would definitely stay here again

Stayed in Villa Rama for 5 nights. Very clean, bed comfortable and very spacious. Air conditioning is very good. We did not find it at all cold as others have commented

It’s located within the grounds of Bintang Bali Resort, you enter your own slice of heaven which is watched over by security which made me feel safe as a solo traveler

This was worth every cent and happy I decided to stay. Not even a 5 min walk to the hotel breakfast area/Lobby, very close to the pool area and beach

This place is a hidden gem, the food looks amazing and close to everything, very convenient and the pool is great. The gym is nice and the staff are what you would expect in a five star hotel

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the food around in the Warungs is amazing, plenty of groovy cafes and Pinkies is pretty damn special, money changer and local businesses along with lawyers, IKEA and Mr DIY and many convenient locally price store, Tailors, Laundry and some high end low priced shops

We also found an amazing shop along the way with handbags, keychains, and other beautiful accessories – my wife was thrilled, as you either can't find these things in Russia or they're much more expensive

Otherwise, it's a perfect base if you travel a lot, with a food market nearby which is very convenient. Plus, the beach and massage parlors are relatively close

It seems to be popular with schoolchildren, probably from the capital, so it can be a bit noisy in the evenings and at night

The water slides and kids’ pool were the highlight — our children absolutely loved them and never wanted to leave! The facilities are very family-friendly and well maintained

The staff were warm, attentive, and always welcoming with big smiles. The food options were varied and enjoyable, with great service throughout. A perfect choice for a fun and relaxing family holiday

Kids club was GREAT!!!!!! So helpful and my son begged to go everyday! Even if I went kid free I would definitely come here! Such an amazing experience xxx booking my next holiday back here soon!

I only stayed one night but for a family this hotel is perfect, I seen lots of children enjoying themselves. The buffet breakfast was great 👍 overall its a beautiful place

Location is great, close to airport and access to the beach. Good service but the food is average at breakfast. Rooms are clean but the resort and pools are old.

Perhaps because of the poor water quality in Bali, their bottled water supply is unlimited—you can ask for it anytime! Breakfast was plentiful, but it was a bit crowded!

The room was spacious, and the balcony was a big plus. There are 4 pools and a kids' club. It rained during our stay, so the activities at the kids' club were a lifesaver

This is my second review for this hotel, so far the best hotel in Jalan Kartika Plaza, the facilities, location and service are top notch of coz will come again with family and kids

The best of this hotel is near to the beach & breakfast buffet. The resort itself is very big & you can do a morning jog around the premises. There are 3 pools which is very nice. A kid pool with jacuzzi too.

they have 5 days a week bbq dinners at the beach with amazing show that is really something special !!! Discovery mall is next door great for purchasing some gifts, so the location is very convenient - Will be back !!!

They are now only leaving 2 bottles of water in the room where as before it was 2 in the room 2 in the bathroom. Breakfast is still amazing for choice. The staff are still friendly and helpful

Always stay at this hotel for the location. Im feeling its starting to get a bit tired in the rooms. Our shower tiles were very mouldy. A good scrubbing brush and some bleach is really needed

This hotel is very close to the airport and feels secure with good security measures in place. The service was decent, there's a pool, and the overall environment is pretty good. Plus, the food isn't expensive.

The room was spacious, but the facilities and amenities were quite old. For a transit hotel, it was decent, but the price wasn't cheap either, over 600 for three breakfasts

The staff even folded the towels into a swan shape on the bed, which was a lovely touch. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. However, the drain was a bit slow

I found a small cockroach in the bathroom; fortunately, I managed to deal with it. Another downside was the shower. The cold-water tap was not working, so only hot water was available

You come to a hotel to relax by the pool and we could not enjoy the facilities due to the whole hotel filled with smoke. Even if i didn't swim I still had to walk through it to get to my room

I have travelled for 40 years and never experienced a hotel like that. It wouldn't matter where the BBQ is cooked for the few people having it. Cook it on gas than ruin the other guests holiday

Kuta Paradiso is a great option if you’re planning to stay in Kuta. It’s perfectly located in the heart of the area, with plenty of shops, spas, restaurants, and tour operators just a five-minute walk away

There are also several Indian restaurants nearby, which is perfect if you’re looking for vegetarian food. We really appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up — it made our arrival so much easier

Definitely one of the good hotel with relatively cheap price. The staff is very nice and the pool is pretty amazing. Very near to the Bali Airport.

We’ve stayed here many times, even back when it was still managed under Swiss-Bel, and it remains our first choice whenever we visit Bali because the location is close to the places we usually go

The rooms are spacious, with plenty of space to open luggage and move around comfortably. If you book a suite, it’s even better. Breakfast is fairly standard but offers a good variety of options

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anathera Resort in Kuta, Bali. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Their hospitality was genuine, warm, and attentive nothing was ever too much trouble

The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities you may need, I couding to work. The breakfast buffet was complete, with choices that will suit everyone. Water fountains are available at each floor

As a star-rated chain hotel, the service and ambiance were generally up to standard. The breakfast spread was pretty average, but then again, Indonesian cuisine isn't really anything to write home about

My main gripe, however, was the shower water – it couldn't even accommodate two consecutive showers. You can imagine how incredibly frustrating it is to wait naked for hot water in a heavily air-conditioned room!

Great location, next to main mall in Kuta, once again thank you ver much for free upgrade. You can give a pass if you are light sleeper. Spacious room with huge king sized bed

There are malls and a beach nearby, and it just made me feel so at ease during my stay! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Bali!

First of all, we love Kuta as it’s not so crowded like Seminyak or Canggu! This hotel is 10 mins away from the International Airport and 15 mins walk to Kuta Beach

The hotel's water was incredibly dirty. After just one face wash, the towel I wrapped around the faucet turned black, and the filtered shower head also blackened after a single shower

We love the location not only bcoz it’s near the airport but also near to lots of restaurants, bars, cafe and mall! Hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating! However, the room we stayed was far from the lobby but that’s just a small minus point

A special mention goes to Ambara at the front desk, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. We had nice conversations every day, which really made the experience feel more personal and memorable

Overall, it was okay. The quality of the toothbrushes in the bathroom was poor; they shed bristles and made my gums bleed. There was no conditioner either, and the front desk was incredibly slow...

Switched from Ubud to Kuta, new surroundings but the staff's service was incredibly warm. The location isn't far from the airport, making it ideal as a first or last stop. A taxi to the airport was 53k

There was indeed a chicken farm nearby, as mentioned online, and the chickens started crowing early. However, my family sleeps pretty soundly, so it didn't bother us much

Book now if you ever consider location, price competitiveness, service, facilities...etc. I guess I can stay inside hotel a whole week just relax. Suggest the rooftop restaurant and the spa inside hotel.
