It's a nice experience staying at Sunrise Aventus, the staffs are respectable and accommodating, they help us with our luggage patiently and with care, we are grateful that they let us temporarily store our luggage even after check out.

Great hotel to stay around Kuta area. Location is perfect, right next to galleria shopping mall and opposite of BIMC Hospital. This is the best option if you need to travel to bali for medical tourism. There’s a 24 hr Circle K minimart in the lobby of this hotel

Excellent staff, great manager. While not too walkable area it’s right next to galleria mall which make it great convenience and very short grab ride away to the beach. Recommended specially if you want to stay away from the crazy crowded area

Great value for money! The hotel environment is lovely, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. Our room was spacious and had a balcony. It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach, and the area around the hotel is very lively. The spa at the hotel, however, was quite mediocre.

Great location, very convenient surroundings. You can walk to the beach, go shopping, or grab a bite to eat. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic; on my first stay, they proactively helped me with my luggage to my room.

This is an excellent hotel located inside Kuta Beachwalk Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's only a 3-5 minute walk to Kuta Beach, and Waterbom Waterpark is just over 1km away, so walking there and back is no problem at all. It's very close to the airport, and it's also very convenient to call a car to the beach and shopping malls. The mattress and quilt are stained and the bathroom water pipe is damaged and needs to be replaced😔 There are small insects in the room from time to time and the cleaning is not good🙈

We stayed in 2 superior rooms interconnecting. It was perfect for an overnight stay with 2 kids. We didnt get a chance to use the pool or spa, but it did look inviting. Breakfast included, was a decent mix of indo & western food. The bedding was damp in one bedroom, housekeeping was straight onto it when notified. Good value for a quick stay when flying in or out of Bali.

This was my second stay at PrimeBiz. Great location 10min drive to airport and, everything worked. The Escape Spa on the 5th floor was very good and inexpensive (make sure to book early), really appreciate hotel helping us secure a slot via WhatsApp, while we were out and about. This trip we had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good for the price.

Be awere for the Family room. During my stay at this hotel in the Family room-connected i had alergic reactions from the bed. After investiagtion we found out that there were many many insects hidden between the wooden furnitures and between the doorframe. The hotel should do pest control especialy with many wooden furnitures in the room.

Very good hotel for the price. Just a 6-7 minute walk to Kuta beach. Close enough to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. The pool on the roof is also very nice and the massage room gave a great massage!

Everything was excellent except the room’s toilet.. The exhaust fan inside the toilet was not working so we get the unpleasant smell from the toilet and there was a lot of drain flies in the sink.. I hope the hotel look into it other than that all good

For the same price, I stayed at a nearly five-star hotel in Ubud, where everything was spotlessly clean, luxurious, with a private pool and a wow breakfast. But the Kutabex had no window, was dark, smelled like a basement, and the towels were torn and not clean enough. On the positive side, the location, the breakfast was okay, the staff treated guests well, and the pool on the top floor was nice.

Love this place. My entire 13 nights is very very special and wonderful time what I have spent in Bali as many time. Special thanks to Purna, Dedi,Ridho,yusa,Nanda,arya,Tari and all the staff are very courteous and very hard working. They all are very well mannered and good team working specially restaurant staff. Overall is a good stay for the bargain price I received from Trip. the people at the hotel was good, not as much with the restaurant in the rooftop at the beginning of, perhaps they just think I would run off without paying. :-) they are fine eventually when they saw I regularly there in the afternoon to chill with a coffee. Great location, right by the surfing beach. Booked a two-hour surf lesson for mom and dad, just a five-minute walk away. Breakfast was decent, and there's a good restaurant right outside the hotel. I had a huge pizza for 40 RMB, and they have live music at night which is very chill.

Beachfront view and well located in Kuta, close to DPS airport. The staff are very kind l, professional and helpful for a last minute important request. The rooftop restaurant was lovely and buffet breakfast was great. The SPA rates and service was also very good. Enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend.

Been staying at Masa Inn for well over 17 years, except for the Covid years, and have thoroughly enjoyed my stays of over a month each time. Not the Ritz for sure, however the staff make up for that.

What struck me is the amount of returning couples and families who return yearly, some even treating this as a second home for months at a time. The water is not very clean. After going to the beach, the filter element turned yellow when I rinsed it. There is no hair dryer and the towels still smell a bit. Breakfast options are limited, you can only order one cereal, one egg and toast and one drink or fruit. Breakfast at other restaurants is usually a cereal toast buffet. They didn't provide amenities other than soap, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's perfectly satisfactory. The building is old, but it felt clean.

I booked a room for a couple of days but stayed for three more. The staff was very kind and attentive. I forgot my fridge magnets and returned to the hotel a day after check out. Magnets were carefully stored and returned to me intact.

We booked this place for 1 night as it was close to the airport, so we checked in at approx 10pm before travelling to Ubud the next day. Breakfast choices were ok... Overall it was an okay stay. There were no hot water in our room, had to shower cold water even though we told the maintenance they didn’t try to fix it. Pool was okay, they had child pool as well which was a plus.

The location of the hotel is very good. Near to 2 malls, beach and a lot of food options. The rooms are also big and spacious. Breakfast is also good. However, it's very dated and in need for renovation. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is so noisy, sometimes the sheets have some stains. There are also water marks at the Aircon, same for both the rooms we stayed in.

The hotel is unique with three types of rooms to choose from, and the staff are very informative and helpful. The location is strategic, but since the hotel is still under renovation, you currently need to enter through the basement.
