This hotel location us very pratical, in the heart of the CBD in Jakarta area. They had 7 floor in total with 2 lifts and basement parking area.

The staff were helpful and friendly, including Mas Kiky on check in and Yenni Ika the housekeeping staff.

They had water dispenser on each floor so you will never run out of water, which is a very good thing for me.

What surprises me the most is that they have delicious buffet! Their main course for breakfast is wonderful and tasty!

However, the downside is that the hot water inside the room barely come out and the parking area was quite limited.

I stayed at Hotel Neo Tendean for 5 nights, and the staff were very friendly and helpful—especially Kak Fadiya at the reception and Kak Yuli for cleaning my room. The room was clean and quite spacious for a single person. The breakfast was also quite good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is excellent, especially in the service sector. The staff are so kind and helpful. Dafha, The attendant who cleaned our room was particularly good, he made our room feel like a new space that had not yet been occupied.

Had a really pleasant stay at Hotel NEO Tendean! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great and easy to reach from anywhere. The area in front of the hotel can get a bit crowded, and you might need to make a U-turn a bit farther away to reach the entrance — not a big issue, just something to note if you’re driving.

I also love that the hotel provides a water dispenser in the hallway and a jug in the room, so guests can refill anytime. It’s such an eco-friendly idea — I really appreciate that! 🌿
