This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The location was very inconvenient and not pleasant. The room was full of mosquitoes and different kinds of insects. Even inside the room and around the bed, we kept seeing bugs. It felt uncomfortable the whole time.
The bedsheets were in very poor condition and had an unpleasant smell. The towels looked extremely old and worn out, like they had been used for years without proper replacement.
Breakfast was also unacceptable. We even saw insects around the food, including near the bread. That completely ruined the experience.
Overall, hygiene standards were very disappointing. The hotel seriously needs improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic quality control. I regret staying here but yes those reception girl were kind.

This hotel is awesome! The staff here is so kind and ready to help you when you need it. They speak English well. It's silent, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is very good as well.
