Duta Guest House has been a great place to stay in Yogyakarta. I’ve been here for a week.
The staff are universally wonderful people who will help if they can with any local knowledge.
The rooms are cleaned every day.
Most days there is a buffet breakfast available for 50k INR which sets you up for the day.
The pool is a blessing on humid days.

The bathroom won’t be to everyone’s taste as the shower is near the toilet. The hot water takes a while to flow but you don’t need it because it’s humid.

Cake and tea after a long day visiting sites was unexpected and most welcome. Lovely.
Thank you to all the staff. I will be returning !

Check-in was reasonably quick, as is typical. Parking is indeed limited, so it's best to leave your keys at the reception.

Breakfast, the pool, and the gym are all adequate for a 3-star hotel.

Children over 10 years old are required to have an extra bed, which includes breakfast. So essentially, the room rate is calculated for only two adult guests; any additional guests must have an extra bed.

The location is close to Tempo Gelato, various cafes, and handicraft shops. It feels like Legian has moved to Jogja, with many foreign tourists also staying in this area.

The staff is very friendly. We felt well taken care of. The rooms are clean. Unfortunately, our room lacked a wardrobe or similar storage space.

The pool is heavily chlorinated.

The overall environment is very good, the service attitude is good, and the stay is comfortable. I especially like the toilet in the small courtyard, which is semi-outdoor and has snacks and tea delivered in the evening. There are abundant surrounding facilities

The hotel is an oasis of peace. A nice pool is designed as an extension of a natural waterfall, ponds with koi, lots of cozy corners for relaxation, flowers, sing-singing tiles, soft chairs, tables. They treat you to a welcome tea with a muffin - nice. The room is spacious, our door and window overlooked the pool, the air conditioning works fine. The floor is tiled. The bed is clean. There is a large mirror. All the plumbing works, but probably needs to be replaced. The location is not bad - there are shops and cafes nearby, we walked to the center. The hotel facade overlooks a quiet street, there are not so many scooters and cars on it.

Loved the guest house. The staff is amazing, good breakfast and location is perfect. Its near the center, and you have different restaurants in the same street. We could also use the pool of Duta Villa’s, which was great. At Duta we could also book tours to different tempels, and hiking tours.

The room its more than worth compare the price.. location very strategic a lot bar place and tourist but it’s not tourist place so it’s really will back there again at some point

Had a good and tasty Cap Cay, gf had a chicken/vegetable curry missing most of the vegetables. Decent place on the tourist street for Indonesian food

I am not an expert on Indonesian cuisine and can't judge it properly but for me it was just not fresh and tasty. We took catfish in curry and nasi rawon but we even didn't finish it, maybe it's just not our taste. Anyway they have very nice staff. But they don't have wifi.
