We got a room with the Merapi mountain view ! Hotel rooms are quite old in general, but we got upgrade to recently decorated room. Hotel staffs are very friendly.

1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket. It's easy (and cheap) to get a grab (local Uber) so not a challenge to get around even to further places. The room was spacious even for 2, including the bathroom area. The hotel's facilities, service, and cleanliness were all impeccable. My only minor wish, especially for a foreign-invested hotel, would be for more TV channels. I specifically booked a Marriott to watch the Super Bowl this morning, assuming an American-owned hotel would have the option. Unfortunately, none of the channels were broadcasting it. Perhaps there are broadcast restrictions in Indonesia...

A very good hotel with superb service. We were welcomed by hotel staff name Imran. He is very detailed and friendly. Imran knew that we were foreigners so he recommended a restaurant to us to try. It was indeed nice and yummy. Price was reasonable too. His recommendation has added good memory to our visit during November 2025. Thank you Imran.

With balcony, smoking is allowed, sanitation is clean and timely, breakfast can be delivered to the room, the food is diverse and rich, the swimming pool is also quite unique, but the equipment in the gym is a bit unsafe and old, the air inside is not circulating, and the odor is a bit strong

Enjoyed my stay here,service is absolutely excellent. The rooms are clean,the appliances are decent. Only thing is the food during breakfast may be a bit cold but still taste good.

My only concern are the pillows and towel.The pillows are too bulky and too big for a queen size bed. The beddings like the pillows case has yellow stains. Towels smells mushy. Over all stay is very pleasant. Staff are very friendly and polite. Happy with the stay.

A fab hotel in the city. Walking distance to the main shopping area Malioboro St. And walking distance to the Palace and Tamansari water Palace. The hotel has excellent service and the restaurant serves authentic Indonesian food. The breakfast is wide spead. There is a nice pool and garden to walk around. I highly recommand this hotel. The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the city center and within walking distance. The staff were all very nice. Although the hotel's scenic area and pool aren't huge, they are very cleverly designed. It was close to the place where I needed to go, so it was strategic to me. The environment was quiet and peaceful so I could take a rest accordingly. Overall Inna was the place suitable to the need and goal of my being in Yogya at that time.

We had a truly wonderful family stay at the hotel. The expansive park grounds provided ample space for everyone to enjoy. Hotel are great for theme-park only, very creative and attractive. For the service and room experiences, is not proper as 5-star hotel. It should downgrade to 3-star hotel with the room facilities, design, and services as general. Do not stay here on weekend or holiday period, quite expensive and not value for money

If you're looking for White Lotus kinda vibe, this is the one! I really enjoy staying here! You also eligibe to have complimetary photoshoot from the hotel. The room is spacious with Gunung Merapi view is breath-taking. You also can have Gunung Merapi view when you dine at hotel's restaurant.

The hotel is quite nice, although older. The service is good, and it's quite clean. The only downside is that the parking is very far away and exposed to rain. The location is quite far from the city center.

Booked it for my sister in law and her family, they love it as it was their first time staying in this kind of hotel, however for myself I wasn't that happy, I was staying in same floor as my sister's, but my bathroom was not that clean.

The old restaurant is well-equipped but has a dated feel. The service is okay, but the door lock keeps malfunctioning and the sensor card won't open. Everything else is fine.

The parking entrance is extremely narrow, there's a high risk of scratching your car against the wall.

Everything was great – comfortable, wonderfully quiet, and truly peaceful. While some of the service was good, the receptionist was disappointing.

It's a very chill and family place, just by the outskirts of the famous malioboro street. Taking the beca to there is only 6mins. I love the laundromat just beside the hotel and 24 hours circle k. Too. Enjoy a chill vibe there. Best of all it's within the free pickup zones for your tour guide.

Staff were super friendly, will always greet you with a smile, no matter the time of the day, whether it be morning or late night. I booked 11 rooms for my team of 20 pax and have requested for non-smoking rooms but, about half reeked of smoke. Single rooms booked were also unavailable though it was booked early. Instead we were given rooms with twin beds joined together even though my team members paid premium. There were also cockroaches in a few of the rooms. We were not compensated except for four cakes sent to our rooms,...
