1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket. It's easy (and cheap) to get a grab (local Uber) so not a challenge to get around even to further places. The room was spacious even for 2, including the bathroom area. The hotel's facilities, service, and cleanliness were all impeccable. My only minor wish, especially for a foreign-invested hotel, would be for more TV channels. I specifically booked a Marriott to watch the Super Bowl this morning, assuming an American-owned hotel would have the option. Unfortunately, none of the channels were broadcasting it. Perhaps there are broadcast restrictions in Indonesia...

A very good hotel with superb service. We were welcomed by hotel staff name Imran. He is very detailed and friendly. Imran knew that we were foreigners so he recommended a restaurant to us to try. It was indeed nice and yummy. Price was reasonable too. His recommendation has added good memory to our visit during November 2025. Thank you Imran.

With balcony, smoking is allowed, sanitation is clean and timely, breakfast can be delivered to the room, the food is diverse and rich, the swimming pool is also quite unique, but the equipment in the gym is a bit unsafe and old, the air inside is not circulating, and the odor is a bit strong

Enjoyed my stay here,service is absolutely excellent. The rooms are clean,the appliances are decent. Only thing is the food during breakfast may be a bit cold but still taste good.

My only concern are the pillows and towel.The pillows are too bulky and too big for a queen size bed. The beddings like the pillows case has yellow stains. Towels smells mushy. Over all stay is very pleasant. Staff are very friendly and polite. Happy with the stay.

The hotel lobby's decor has a strong Indonesian local flair. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was incredibly spacious and affordable. The location is also great, perfect for a family of three. We arrived quite late on check-in day, so we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious and great value for money!

We had issues with the shower head and water pressure at first but the hotel was very responsive. After their technician changed our shower head, the issue was resolved. They also invited lion dance for Chinese New Year and we had fun watching them!

This hotel is located in the heart of Yogyakarta, with a great location close to the busiest shopping and dining areas. The hotel facilities are excellent, the service is attentive, and the courtyard garden is beautiful. The breakfast spread is incredibly generous.

Although the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, the environment is very peaceful. Combined with the hotel's design, it's a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice breakfast buffet with Western and local options. Location is perfect for walking along Malioboro St, people watching, and riding in horse-drawn carts. Staff were friendly. It was close to the place where I needed to go, so it was strategic to me. The environment was quiet and peaceful so I could take a rest accordingly. Overall Inna was the place suitable to the need and goal of my being in Yogya at that time.

We had a truly wonderful family stay at the hotel. The expansive park grounds provided ample space for everyone to enjoy. Hotel are great for theme-park only, very creative and attractive. For the service and room experiences, is not proper as 5-star hotel. It should downgrade to 3-star hotel with the room facilities, design, and services as general. Do not stay here on weekend or holiday period, quite expensive and not value for money

The hotel is good just the location is bit far from Malioboro (around 20+ min walking distance). Visited lots of places in Jogja!

The old restaurant is well-equipped but has a dated feel. The service is okay, but the door lock keeps malfunctioning and the sensor card won't open. Everything else is fine.

The parking entrance is extremely narrow, there's a high risk of scratching your car against the wall.

Everything was great – comfortable, wonderfully quiet, and truly peaceful. While some of the service was good, the receptionist was disappointing.

The hotel feels a bit old, the lobby is OK, but the lighting in the room is too dim and I'm not used to it. The service staff is very good. My friend left the things he brought in the lobby and almost forgot about them when we left. Thanks for reminding me.

The location is good, and the breakfast over the five days was decent. The room is spacious, but the shower leaks and the exhaust fan doesn’t work, making the room humid and causing towels to dry slowly. The facilities are quite complete, but they don’t seem to be well promoted, so they appear poorly maintained—possibly because they’re rarely used. They even have a health room, but it was confusing...

The staffs are very friendly and attentive, beds are comfy and the breakfast has lots of choices to choose from.

I booked 11 rooms for my team of 20 pax and have requested for non-smoking rooms but, about half reeked of smoke. Single rooms booked were also unavailable though it was booked early. Hotel is convenietly located near Malioboro Street where all the main action is in Yogja. It is also a good point for pickup to tours in the city or the surrounding destinations. The staff were friendly and courteous and overall service excellent. Highly recommended!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sound proof not really good as we can hear the neighbour played loud music. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Foods are good and great choices to choose. They gave us tried their new creation of pastry and it was awesome! There was a live band at night which is great. Will comeback here again if we come back to Jogjakarta.

We loved our stay at the Harper Malioboro. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of facilities. The room was very large, modern and comfortable. Breakfast and meals in the restaurant were always of a high standard and the staff as well as being friendly were extremely helpful
