It is very pleasant to stay at Crystal Lotus, especially for the Jogja area who will take the CPNS test at BKN.

With balcony, smoking is allowed, sanitation is clean and timely, breakfast can be delivered to the room, the food is diverse and rich, the swimming pool is also quite unique, but the equipment in the gym is a bit unsafe and old, the air inside is not circulating, and the odor is a bit strong

I booked an executive room. I received ice cream and snacks. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Overall was great, however I got room on the first floor and whenever I enter the room, it smell dusty like a room that has not been vacate for a long time - thus maybe next time, the housekeeping team could check again during last inspection, use airfreshner or air purifyer before make the room ready for the guest.

I stayed here because I suddenly had to extend my stay in Yogyakarta. Unfortunately, it was the year-end high season, so the nightly rate was quite expensive. The receptionist was friendly, and I was also assisted when a colleague left some souvenirs for me—they were kept safely. As for the room, it was fairly comfortable and suitable for those planning to stay for one to three nights.

Room was okay and clean, walking distance to Tugu Jogja, very strategic location, and there is also Trans Jogja bus stop right in front of the hotel. For budget hotel, this is good enough.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife during our silver wedding anniversary. So of course everything looked perfect. Oh one thing I love about it is its laundry service. It's fast, reliable and affordable. It's a small kiosk tucked behind receptionist.

It was actually clean, but there were a lot of ants. I had confirmed a late check-in and requested a specific room, but they still just gave us whatever room was available. Also, the blanket had a hole in it.

One of the best value for money hotel in Malioboro. The price is very competitive, the location is very good if you want to explore Malioboro, parking space is enough, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and quite varied. Maybe the minus only that room is not spacious, but it worth the price. Will come again when I want to spend time in Malioboro.

The hotel location was not bad. But it takes too much time to check in. I checked into the super adventure room. The cleanliness was definitely very lacking, especially for children. Even the shower drainage was clocked.
