Every single staff member, without exception, offered genuine greetings and provided excellent service

Service was amazing, such warm smiles and great initiative, from the bell boy who helped with our luggage immediately after we got off the car, to the friendly front desk staff, to the security guards who holds the doors open for us and most of all, the helpful and thoughtful housekeeping team

It's clear they put a lot of thought into it, and even during the busiest times, the staff's enthusiasm for service remained consistently high, which left a fantastic impression! The room cleaning and maintenance were superb

They saw that we had limited hanging space with too much clothes and put in a standing laundry rack for us, and additional bottles of water, all without asking. Special shout-out to Deelen, Wahyu for the superb service

And of course, beyond the hotel, I found that almost everyone we encountered in Yogyakarta was incredibly simple, warm, and welcoming, which made for a wonderful experience. This place is definitely worth a visit!

With balcony, smoking is allowed, sanitation is clean and timely, breakfast can be delivered to the room, the food is diverse and rich, the swimming pool is also quite unique, but the equipment in the gym is a bit unsafe and old, the air inside is not circulating, and the odor is a bit strong

The parking lot is limited in capacity, the swimming pool is next to the restaurant which is possibly bearing inconvenience for those who need more private pool

For a 4 star hotel with this price near tourist sites, overall I am satisfied, the room has a balcony which can also be used for relaxing in the morning or evening. Thank you crystal lotus ❤️

My only concern are the pillows and towel. The pillows are too bulky and too big for a queen size bed. The beddings like the pillows case has yellow stains. Over all stay is very pleasant

Had the best stay at this hotel. Staff was polite, friendly, informative and helpful. the front counter, room service, Spa, the drivers, everyone was amazing. The rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable

The facilities are complete, no complaints. Only one downside is its a not the closest to the city centre, but it also means the surrounding area is not as crowded. Would recommend and will come back :)

They provide bathroom essentials and towels are changed daily. Rooms facing the pool would probably give travellers a much peaceful sleep as the sound of prayers are blocked

Very nice breakfast buffet with Western and local options. Location is perfect for walking along Malioboro St, people watching, and riding in horse-drawn carts

I especially enjoyed hearing and viewing lobby photos of the history of the hotel building from a friendly male employee who worked there since 1991 and whose daughter is turning 17 (I forgot his name)

Access to the hotel is quick, but it's not private, as guests can access all floors without a card. So far so good, I highly recommend it

The children added happy with there swimming pool complete with selucuran for the child, then a koi fish also there is a playground and I swing, the slide, when moved a bit to the 3rd floor there is a kids play while bath balls are also kids movie (a movie anak2 with the concept of mini theater)

The pool is very nice, it imitates bathing pools for ancient princesses. the spa is also very unique, it has its own pool which is full of Javanese culture ambiance. Good thing is this hotel is very close to the airport

I had to ask for face towels, and these were not changed duting my five nights stay. It is really a pity because the employees are very good, polite byt management and necessary investments are not done

The restaurant is very good, the Chef is excellent and th personnel are really friendly and helpful. However, maintenance is avarage

Besides, it is very strange how they only offer you shower towels. It is not higienic to use them for cleaning face especially if you use sun protection or any face skin treatment

Well situated in the middle of town, walked to and back to malioboro. Just slightly outside the traffic area of malioboro and inside of the castle wall of Yogyakarta, but easier to get into the attraction in town

First time visiting Yogyakarta, the hotel is located in a good location close by the mall and some restaurants, good service, breakfast buffet have a lot of Indonesian options (they could probably add a few one international options but otherwise you have plenty of local food to try everyday), big pool but we didn't have a chance to use it, bathroom amenities are abit old, they have a beautiful live...

A resort in the middle of the city. The room was spacious. Unfortunately the amenities like life jackets or floats for pool need to pay hourly and even the ice cream needs a coupon...

However, there were no major issues. As for location, from Yogyakarta Station, considering one-way streets and traffic, it's about a 30-minute Grab ride. Going to Yogyakarta Station, it's roughly a 15-minute ride

The hotel's facilities felt a bit dated, giving off the impression of a once-luxury hotel from a bygone era. It's not bad, but you can't deny it has a rather classic, perhaps even old-fashioned, vibe

There's also a small mall within a few minutes' walk, so you won't be inconvenienced

I visited this hotel is only for chills. Their sky bar is good to sit down back and relax. the food taste is amazing. You must try the Donut Lumer and Churos! Definitely I will come here again.
