It is very pleasant to stay at Crystal Lotus, especially for the Jogja area who will take the CPNS test at BKN.

Very good service and facilities 100/100

With balcony, smoking is allowed, sanitation is clean and timely, breakfast can be delivered to the room, the food is diverse and rich, the swimming pool is also quite unique, but the equipment in the gym is a bit unsafe and old, the air inside is not circulating, and the odor is a bit strong

Their service for the cust was nice and helpful. And for the room, I got better than the day before.

Enjoyed my stay here,service is absolutely excellent. The rooms are clean,the appliances are decent. Only thing is the food during breakfast may be a bit cold but still taste good.

My only concern are the pillows and towel.The pillows are too bulky and too big for a queen size bed. The beddings like the pillows case has yellow stains. Towels smells mushy. Over all stay is very pleasant. Staff are very friendly and polite. Happy with the stay.

Although the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, the environment is very peaceful. Combined with the hotel's design, it's a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

The prayer room was clean and smelled good, and it was spacious. The breakfast was complete for this price, and there were plenty of activities for kids. Everything was excellent! The team is fantastic, everyone is positive and polite :) The breakfasts were indeed incredibly delicious. The gym and pool are on the top floor. Hotel is convenietly located near Malioboro Street where all the main action is in Yogja. It is also a good point for pickup to tours in the city or the surrounding destinations. The staff were friendly and courteous and overall service excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel is rather good and the bedroom is very nice. The bathroom amenities are fairly complete and great and there is a spacious desk which makes me more eager to write on the desk. I could see the city of Yogyakarta from my hotel room window and the service was rather fast and the lobby was fairly spacious. I hope the service can be improved to be better than before.

A ready-to-be-used meeting room should be the standard when you book a meeting venue, but there were still technical issues (airconds not working, electrical sockets can't be used, etc) when we got there (mind you, we arrived at the right time, not too early at all). Everything is good, but the staff's response to customer requests is too slow. After calling the front desk, I had to wait 10 minutes. In the middle of the night, a lot of flies suddenly appeared, so I called the front desk twice, but the staff came after a long time to check and changed the room. No one apologized for this.
