Gai Beach Resort Spa Hotel in Tiberias

Great time, well run, service, food, room and pool all excellent. A little less zatar in the food would be nice. Very clean somewhat basic, everything we needed.

I took my 3 kids there (13,11,7) while my wife was away, and we had an amazing time. I have nothing but good things to say - every aspect of the hotel and water park were perfect. The food (we took half board, breakfast and dinner) was delicious - my kids can be picky eaters but they ate very well. The water park was super fun, felt very safe and clean, and there was plenty of space to put out belongings. We got there every morning right as it opened, and it was completely empty for the first 1-2 hours, which was awesome. There is a wave pool that goes for 10 minutes on the hour every hour, which my kids loved. Don't forget to bring a floatie for the smaller kids. The hotel gives each guest a bracelet which works as a room key and an entrance to the water park - that was a super nice touch that gave my kids a lot of freedom and no headaches with lost, forgotten, or non-working room keys. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and restaurant staff. Also the guards at the water park. I already told my wife it's a place we will have to come back to once a summer.

The food, the staff, the rooms, the beautiful view, is all worth staying here again. This is my second time, and I would stay here again. If I were to write a complaint about this hotel… It would be that there was no sugar, free items for a diabetic to eat.
