A hostel with a good backyard. This was a reason why I chose specially this hostel.
Rooms are so-so. Beds are short. They are confusing even average height person. But it could be even worse for tall people. There is no a place for personal belongings in the room, there are no curtains around a bed. Toilet and shower are in room, but this it's tooo small.
Staff is quite good and pleasant.
Location is good.
I like common areas in this hostel much more than a room.
Backyard is great.

The location is good, rooms are well-sized, clean and comfortable clean and the receptionist was welcoming and helpful (helping us book a tour for the gardens, upgrading one room) when we arrived. Hostel facilities, however, were sadly non-existent. The kitchen was closed, the outdoor terrace was closed and the only available communal area was a small sitting room occupied by a member of staff at a desk who made it feel like his office. No breakfast either. Even the decent-looking ‘special beer deal’ was stuck to an empty fridge. For 720 shekels for one night (£175) for 4, it was by far the most expensive ‘hostel’ we stayed at but with the least to offer. Of course I understand that places need to be refurbished occasionally, but close or reduce the price significantly.

Really well located and spotless establishment, very clean and the staff is friendly.
What is disturbing is the smell of cigarettes even in the corridor near the patio and even which infiltrates the room if it overlooks the patio, which was our case.

Lovely and clean place in a safe area just 5min walk from the train station and 15min walk from the Bahai Gardens. 100ils per night for a bed in a female dormitory (8) with inner bathroom and plenty of space for everyone and breakfast included. In the room also hooks, a mirror and an additional sink. Common areas where comfortable as well as the lovely garden. The staff was nice, particularly the lady in charge of the breakfast. Girls at the reception pretty crabby.

A nice small place downtown, it's of the cheapest options you have in the city and as a result the hygiene is subpar, yet the breakfast was a blast; the service staff was kind and direct; the shared kitchen was well equipped with stove, kettle, coffee, tea, microwave, toaster-oven, fridge, storage and dishes.

Mind you, this is regarding the shared accommodations:

I didn't expect to have my bed made for me, but even though I was handed (what I believe to be) clean sheets I was still eaten alive by bed bugs, also the room's tiny bathroom was dirty and unpleasant.

High security level, cool terrace and nice staff!
This place is very safe. They have a camera on the bell. The hostel is very clean and looks very cool. The staff is always there if you need help. Down on the terrace you can chat with others. The whole hostel is pretty clean and it has a very good value. I would stay here again!

Stayed here during a Baha'i pilgrimage in 2006. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms, which were basic but clean, a good value at such a low price. Location is in a somewhat shady-looking part of Jaffa Road but the place is well-run and safe. The caretaker is a wonderful, friendly lady who made us a great breakfast every morning. Would definitely return!
