Very great Hotel! Breakfast was way beyond of what was expected!

Friendly staff and good location

The staff is very kind and helpful, though the property has known better days. The hotel is not at walking distance from the lake or downtown Tiberias, in the middle of a residential area.

One night visit. The nice personal on reception. The hotel need renovation for example I got a room with broken floor near bathroom. Also was very noisy neighbors. I got the room without breakfast. In total:" for one night it's ok. Little bite far from the lake.".

Simple hotel with all amenities needed to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and well displayed. Beautiful location to reach nearby sites and access to fabulous bora bora beach. If you wish to enjoy the Sea of Galilee waters, plan to have water shoes and bring your own beach amenities and food and beer to enjoy the lovely waters.

Nice comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Toilet/shower room small and very basic. Flooring to one room was peeling up. Generally, the decor is old and tired. It would help if the hotel had a city map available that highlighted local tourist sites- we were told just to use Google when we asked. Staff polite and friendly.

Decent stay in Nazareth, where baby Jesus was born. Lots of local stores and heavily residential area with many small roads. Food was decent. Service was decent. Nice place to spend a night.

located at the heights , nothing around just residential areas. break fast spread was good, dinner was ok. rooms are good well maintained . the hall ways smell of smoke sometimes. break fast was in a huge room with a sitting capacity of more than 100 people. limited options but taste was good.

The rooms were smal and had old furniture. The lift was tiny and only 1. We were 202 guests!

Very basic hotel, the noise from the corridor got into the room since the door was far from sound proof. The fire alarm was triggered 6 times in our short stay and woke us up in the middle of the night.

Very accommodating and kind family owned Hotel. It’s right in the centre of town with easy to find parking nearby. It’s a short few blocks down to the promenade on the Sea of Galilee. The room wasn’t huge, but was nice and clean. I had a small problem with my mattress and it was addressed promptly. They are near a famous synagogue if you’re Jewish. They also follow the law and are well set up for Shabbat...

Nice rooms and good service. Family owned(i believe) and very friendly. The building was not very secure-anyone could walk up the stairs from outside and there was work being done on an adjoining building so it was a little noisy one morning. Reasonably priced. I would recommend for a stay. Overall good experience.

Bed was very comfortable. The room was not clean, and is somewhat small (enough in my taste, but should be taken into account). Bathroom lacks some basics like a hook or something where to hold a towel. Location is great. Easy to find nearby parking (at least during the weekend). Rooms had a TV (with Yes) and a refrigerator.

I took my 3 kids there (13,11,7) while my wife was away, and we had an amazing time. I have nothing but good things to say - every aspect of the hotel and water park were perfect. The food (we took half board, breakfast and dinner) was delicious - my kids can be picky eaters but they ate very well. The food, the staff, the rooms, the beautiful view, is all worth staying here again. This is my second time, and I would stay here again. If I were to write a complaint about this hotel… It would be that there was no sugar, free items for a diabetic to eat.

The hotel have big problem treating disabled parking. The hotel prefer the privileged!! causing the disabled park far away (in my case I had to walk 200 meters in 40 degrees c). It is especially disappointing because the room and the food is quite OK.

Well located, awful premises Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn...

People sometimes mention friendly hosts but this time it's really a great host, not just friendly. Just a few examples: 1. Our "agency" which used booking for us didn't bother to send us his phone number, and we arrived late, but Nzar waited for us there. 2. There's a kitchen, and everything there is included in the stay, so we could make a supper for ourselves instead of eating what snacks we took...

I have to put on the context. We've landed at Ben Gourion International quite late on Saturday evening, and decided to go straight up to Akko...the only solution was the Sherout to Haïfa, and then the train to Akko. We were afraid we wouldnt find it, or it would be too late. First of all, it as really easy to find, from the train station, go to the sea, then walk along the shore toward the old city...

Nzar the owner is very nice and helpful, the location is perfect. I recommend it.

Lovely stay in true B&B style. Owner Nzar is friendly and will always assist you with knowledge of the area. We had only minor issues with finding parking and always succeeded in the end. Akko is a great spot to discover northern part of Israel. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a full month. The owner really wants to help you have the best stay possible. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable, has an amazing patio overlooking the ocean which is perfect for enjoying the sunsets ... he loads the kitchen up with goodies... and it's AFFORDABLE

Wonderful place at the Kinneret! Lot of indoor and outdoor areas to spend the day. Staff was awesome! They were really helpful and answered all our questions before and during our stay! Spacious rooms, well equipped. Supermarket around the corner.

The immediate area and volunteer guides were excellent. I really enjoyed being close to the beach and sitting by the water. The chapel is outstanding for a place to pray and meditate. It was perfect for me. the sink had a crack and leaked water. they fixed it quickly and then no more problems. Food was delightful!

I stayed at the Leonard Hotel in Tiberias in a room with a sea view, and overall it was a very good experience. The view of the Sea of Galilee was beautiful and definitely a highlight of the stay. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Tiberias.

Coo location. The rooms are basic and a bit small, but have wonderful balconies. Some rooms have connecting doors. The host was nice with providing multiple suggestions on where to hike and eat around the area. Moreover we were allowed to stay after official checkout which was super nice

when I arrived there, I had just came from a lousy airbnb in Zefat which I canceled and left. the hosts in EretZefad were so nice, they kept offering us beverages and food and asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay pleasant. They really made us feel welcomed.

The facilities are average quality, but the staff was super helpful and friendly. The did everything to make us happy. There is a great playground for kids in walking distance.

This is the place you should stay for the night, while you travel at the north of Israel. The breakfast is fine and freshly. The rooms are a little old and not well designed, but they are very clean. Shay, the host, was very pleasant and lovely, and served our wishes.

We stayed for the weekend with our sons 11 and 14. Aside from the beautiful and clean rooms, the grounds are exquisite and very calming. We joined Leah and Shlomo for the Shabbat meals. The food, discussion and hospitality were top notch, even for our picky son. We look forward to returning.

Amazing place to stay! Location in Tzfat is great, place is very clean and homey. Our hosts are friendly, welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Each room is differently decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend the Artist Colony Inn. And I agree with our hosts, Shlomo and Leah, Tzfat and the roads to get there, are safe.

Everything at this beautiful place is comfortable, up to date, clean and pleasent. The manager is helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, a short from historical sites and from the central station. Wish I could have stayed there longer.

Fair not great. The inn has a lot of potential if the owners improve comfort, service and food. Breakfast was not well organized, part self-service and part-served with only instant coffee. The room was promised with a private patio whose access was through a modified window and offered torn and dirty chairs. Would not stay here again on next visit.

I can't give my opinion about the rooms because I just went there for dinner. However, I can tell that Uny's attention at the reception was excelent. At the restaurant, the attention was great too and the food very delicious with plenty of options to choose from. It is worthy to make your own opinion yourself.

It's hassle free boutique hotel. The Hotel staff did their best to provide with superior experience. The hotel exterior amazing and unique. The interior outdated and furniture in the rooms required renovation. The veiw from supperior rooms(5th floor) is amazing and worth the additional cost. As a couple, we spend a day in this Hotel and specially in the Spa , we had the chance to use all the facilities there, its a very nice place , the breakfast was good and tasty , The staff is very friendly, accept the guy that works as a lifeguard at the pool , he was impolite to me , the way he talks to the guests there , as he asked the to collect their towels, i hope this will be treated.

Great location to stay with a nice view . The hotel is okay not so spacious in a double room . Buffet breakfast and the St Peter's fish was good for dinner . The corridor has a nice view and there is a swimming pool where you can use it .

Our Holy Land tour group stayed at the Royal Plaza Tiberias during March 2023. We were give a very good welcome to the hotel. The staff were dynamitic an were very helpful especially the manager. My spouse and I are doing an EO tour of Israel and Jordan. When we arrived at the Royal, we were so impressed! Great view of the Sea of Galilee, in room hot tub, tasty fruit tray. The room has a great view of the Sea of Galilee, with a balcony to enjoy the sunrise. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and when they were asked for, we were told there was one set per floor. I guess it's a clever ploy to encourage cooperation amongst the guests. While housekeeping provided clean towels, it was puzzling that they left dirty coffee cups in the room. Maybe they were needed...

The outside looks okay but the room is quite old. There is nothing to shout about on the food selection as it is standard buffet style for dinner and breakfast. The only issue is there are no laundry services and swimming pool close at 7pm. Wifi coverage is fair as there are blind spots in the room. Nearby surroundings are quite quiet and there is nothing much to explore.

Nothing fancy here. Just a clean room, a good breakfast, a helpful staff, a fairly good bar, and convenient to the bus lines. (Warning: The bus service in Tiberias is not too reliable, but that is not the hotel's fault.) I enjoyed my stay.

Our room at Pinat Nofesh was lovely. It was picturesque, and included everything we needed. Our hosts were extremely kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were settled in even during a public holiday. We only wish we could have stayed there longer. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Rosh Pina.

The owners were great, responding quickly to all our questions and requests.
