This hotel was perfect. Close to the beach and stylish, but the best thing about it was the staff - S. from reception was amazing, the most friendly and welcoming.

Nicely designed hotel, room is clean and spacious. Located in the center, a few minutes walk to the beach. Many cafes and restaurants around. The only thing is at lower floors the window could use some cleaning. All in all was a good stay.

During my stay in the hotel in April and August I had terrible experience : 1- i checked in my rooms without towels in the bath room I had to call 4 times to get it 2 - nobody cleaned our rooms the first 2 days 3- i found a weirdo alone drinking his cafe at the deck on the third floor 4- I found some dirty tea towel or rags i my room on my clothes left on the couch by the housekeeping 5- I found in my room in August 2 dead cockroachs Answer from the lobby answered me that it is like pets for them

The hotel is nice , the rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable . Great location . The balcony on the third floor is perfect for sun bath, seating and hanging with friends or just chill. the staff was amazing and helped us with everything we need. Especially the manager tamara that was so kind to us.

I have to rave about this hotel. They are wonderful. The Customer Service is amazing and they care about their clients. The location of the hotel in Tel Aviv is terrific as his the services they offer. You are a hop, skip and jump away from the beach and from all the Central attractions in Tel Aviv. Thank you to the hotel and its wonderful Staff.

We loved this hotel. It is in the heart of Tel Aviv and a close walk to all the restaurants, shopping and the beach. It is super clean and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We can not recommend this place enough and will totally be back on our next trip.

Wonderful staff and clean and modern room with sea view. The room was cozy and well appointed. Buffet breakfast was good. Location is outstanding! Walk two blocks east to dizengoff and two blocks west to the sea. We look forward towards returning. Cost of room considering location and style was very reasonable.

not recommended! My partner and I stayed at the hotel for the night, bad breakfast, no parking, and bad service. In the middle of the night, two foreign women entered our room. We were very scared! The hotel staff mistakenly gave them our same room as well. We wanted to talk to the hotel manager and get at least an apology. We were not answered, we were lied to that she would call us. No proper customer service! In case of a problem or malfunction, none of the management cares!
