Mendeli Street Hotel By Prima Hotels - 18 years old plus in Tel Aviv

I wanted to express how wonderful our experience was at Mendeli Street Hotel.
We discovered this hotel by chance, and it turned out to be a real gem. The rooms are very comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
The service is absolutely outstanding! Every guest is treated with genuine care and personal attention. Everyone on the team is friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Any request or issue is handled immediately and with great professionalism.
The hotel also has an excellent restaurant where the food is simply beyond praise. Every dish is a masterpiece—the flavors, presentation, and attention to detail are truly Michelin-level. A huge thank you to the chef for such an unforgettable culinary experience, and a million thanks to the entire restaurant and hotel staff!
You are all incredibly kind, warm, and, most importantly, true professionals at what you do. Thank you for making our stay so special.

We loved everything about the hotel.
It is quiet, but excellent location.
Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.
The room was well equipped with nice decor.
And the breakfast was fantastic!

Stayed here for a single night and had a wonderful time. Staff was kind and professional. The room was tiny but incredibly clean and well equipped. We highly recommend the breakfast buffet which was really special.
The only downside is that finding parking was especially frustrating on a Friday night

The Mendeley Street Hotel is a fine hotel, a few meters from the beach, and amidst a variety of Food, drink and attractions options.
Clean, quiet, and with a great breakfast.
For me the added bonus that it's just next to the Molly Bloom's Irish pub, which is one of the best the oldest Irish pubs in Israel.

Booked us a great massage via the hotel and had a great stay (unfortunately short).

The breakfast was really good.the room had two main problems:
1. No audio with connection to the smartphone
2. You could not darken the room, we had light from outside from 6 in the morning.
other then this, clean room nice service. The room was a bit too small

I come to Tel Aviv once a year and have stayed in several boutique hotels. There is something special about this hotel—the reception staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. And they helped me arrange transportation to my final destination. The location is excellent—near the beach but one doesn’t pay beachfront prices.

The room was small but adequate. Their amenities are above average.

Bonus: The Mashya restaurant is located within the hotel. It is SUPERIOR (5 stars). Make a reservation if you can!

I plan to stay at the Mendeli Street Hotel again next year!

We have been at the Mendeli Hotel before, and have enjoyed our stays. The biggest attraction is the brunch provided (if ordered), which is exceptional. While our room (Loft category) was pleasant and seemed comfortable, we both slept badly, in part because of the air conditioning, in part because of the mattress (every movement one of us made was felt by the other). (Apart from replacing the mattress, not sure what can be done about this!) The shower was great, we are happy to report.

The location and cleanliness was good. Very close to the beach and there's a great burger place across the road.
The room was quite small and there wasn't much room for luggage- more suitable for carry on trolleys. The windows likewise was too small to ventilate the room or enjoy the 'city views' stated on the website.
There was some nice gestures with a glass of bubbles and chocolates upon check in, however the website also showed there is a gym, whereas this has apparently ceased to exist for years now. We told the manager that had we known this was the case we would not have booked the hotel as we require to do daily physiotherapy and needed the gym. He compensated us with a Friday breakfast which was great in quantity and variety.
Another issue we had was a slow room service and on going miscommunication with the staff. On our first day we waited for 2 hours for things to be brought, even though we had gone down to reception twice. Overall I feel that the hotel is nice but did not meet our expectations unfortunately.

The hotel is good, but the company of reservation not so good. I am waiting for refund the money of taxes. I paid taxes to The travel agent , and also in the hotel. The travel agent not sent the money to the hotel
