The breakfast was really good.the room had two main problems:
1. No audio with connection to the smartphone
2. You could not darken the room, we had light from outside from 6 in the morning.
other then this, clean room nice service. The room was a bit too small

We have been at the Mendeli Hotel before, and have enjoyed our stays. The biggest attraction is the brunch provided (if ordered), which is exceptional. While our room (Loft category) was pleasant and seemed comfortable, we both slept badly, in part because of the air conditioning, in part because of the mattress (every movement one of us made was felt by the other). (Apart from replacing the mattress, not sure what can be done about this!) The shower was great, we are happy to report.

The location and cleanliness was good. Very close to the beach and there's a great burger place across the road.
The room was quite small and there wasn't much room for luggage- more suitable for carry on trolleys. The windows likewise was too small to ventilate the room or enjoy the 'city views' stated on the website.
There was some nice gestures with a glass of bubbles and chocolates upon check in, however the website also showed there is a gym, whereas this has apparently ceased to exist for years now. We told the manager that had we known this was the case we would not have booked the hotel as we require to do daily physiotherapy and needed the gym. He compensated us with a Friday breakfast which was great in quantity and variety.
Another issue we had was a slow room service and on going miscommunication with the staff. On our first day we waited for 2 hours for things to be brought, even though we had gone down to reception twice. Overall I feel that the hotel is nice but did not meet our expectations unfortunately.

The hotel is good, but the company of reservation not so good. I am waiting for refund the money of taxes. I paid taxes to The travel agent , and also in the hotel. The travel agent not sent the money to the hotel

Checking in was more that great; all 3 workers at front desk gave us assistant needed by us after a long trip.
Manager on site Gili; added a super amazing touch to all already received at front desk.
Breakfast is incredible good. All personnel at breakfast area super polite with outstanding service.
Location cannot be better.
For those looking to hear about facility cleaning like us; is it clean.

The only comment is that the room is really tiny. Perfect for 1 night getaway.

The sanitary conditions are good, the breakfast is abundant, the location is excellent, the parking lot is convenient, and the service attitude is okay. I recommend friends to stay here when they travel in the future. The room is a bit small
