Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They pretend they don’t speak English and will switch from Hebrew to English to add to the incompetence. I requested early check out due to an unforeseen situation and went back and forth with expedia and hotel management who showed zero understanding. Escalated my complaint to Expedia due to the ongoing construction at all hours of the day- jack hammering, drilling, shouting from construction workers. Rude/dismissive behavior from staff. Rooms are very basic- old and dirty carpet-gives a Motel 6 vibe. Construction happening right outside the hotel- extremely noisy!! Maid service equally poor- came back after hours and my bed wasn’t made. Not entirely sure what tidying If any even occurred. Additionally not family friendly- if you would like to see people walking around with rifles across their chest then this is the place. Dont recommend at all. Look elsewhere
