Bianchi in Bibione

This year was really disappointing. I don't even know where to start. I booked a 2 bedroom which was one bedroom and a sofa in the kitchen. I expected 2 bedrooms but ok. So, we were a family of 5 trying to go to sleep at around 10pm. I pulled out the sofa and 1. it didn't have sheets or nothing and 2. it was completely broken. I went to receptionist and she couldn't do anything but give us sheets which we had to fix ourselves. So, since we couldn't sleep on the floor we had to pull a mattress from the bunk bed to lay on top of the couch so it would be somewhat comfortable. Of course then we didn't have enough sleeping possibilities anymore since we were 5 people. So, in the end it was uncomfortable and unacceptable. The next day the bed got exchanged but it was so hard we left the mattress on top of it. I asked at check-out if we could get somehow acknowledged for our incredible inconvenience and the guy at the reception was rude and said: "not my problem I can't do anything and turned his back to me!" I can't believe they don't care and wouldn't even apologize especially since I paid $ 300/night for this. We've been there before and never had problems but this was the last time - not because of what has happened (things happen when traveling) BUT because of the treatment we got. Customer Service HORRIBLE!!!

The hotel was very dirty.
The room was tiny. The sink was clogged, the bathroom had mold, the floors didn't seem to be cleaned at all, sand all over when we walked in. The bed was uncomfortable, impossible to sleep in. Walls are thin, you hear everything. The personal wasn't very pleasant except for one young man at the reception.
Not worth the money. We will never be visiting this place again.

This hotel was a disaster. We checked in and when we entered our room it wasn't cleaned at all!! Dirty bedsheets and yellow stains on the pillows/towels. The toilet was dirty and we got our tresor key after asking for it. The bed is really old and everything is built really narrow. We had a hard time to close the shower door fully and the bath interior seemed overused. The shower head also always tilted forward and the television didn't work. We also had a room in the 4th floor and next to our room was the cleaning/ washing chamber, when the cleaning staff went in and out the door smashed like every 2-3 minutes at 8 am in the morning. The air conditioner is not adjustable as well. The breakfast was weird too, the egg is not delicious at all (probably made out of powder or mixed with milk) and if you arrive at the breakfast after 9 am there is rarely something delicious to be found since they don't stock up the food once it's gone. The WiFi barely worked.

The location and our seating place at the beach were the only things which were amazing!
