John Luxury Suites in Folgaria

The overall experience was excellent (dream room, central location in a delightful village, excellent cuisine, polite, friendly and professional staff), so you deserve 5 stars. Just a couple of details to improve: some puppets (I think gnomes) present in the structure are not very clean and give off a stale smell; the breakfast has excellent croissants but I would add something else homemade, to give more choice (example, the excellent strudel that is served in the restaurant); the restaurant is of great quality, so rightly so it is also expensive, perhaps a little too much though. However it comes down to details, compared to an absolutely exceptional stay.

The staff are very helpful and polite. Our room was nothing short of wonderful and impressive (We took the room with shower and bath). The dinner was really excellent, with carefully prepared and quality dishes. The mountain view breakfast is an added value, plus the products (sweet and salty) were fresh (for example the orange juice). The place is located in the center of folgaria, this allows you to go around there on foot.

We spent a couple's week during this month. The structure is completely refurbished: the whole structure is well-kept. The room was very clean and cozy. We had breakfast at the wooden tables on the ground floor overlooking the woods. European breakfast, with the availability of excellent pastry (Antoniazzi from Mantua, an "institution" in my province of residence). Dinner is also excellent: correctly dosed dishes, well-finished flavors, resulting in an excellent alchemy of tastes based on local cuisine.
