Hotel Sorriso in Milano Marittima

We stayed with my wife at the Sorriso hotel in early July. The value for money is not there... not for a 4 **** hotel in a country like Italy. Air conditioning often not working as well as the lift. The rooms and their furniture need to be modernized, the dining room is falling apart. 1 positive point is the terrace for breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff! It was really the 1 and only happy moment of our stay. The management, who you would expect the highest standards from, had instead such a poor attitude if compared to the rest of the staff. We will definitely not be returning nor recommending it.

For the price the rooms are not much, cleanliness is decent. Very little water pressure in the bathrooms, I don't even get out. Staff with little desire to work especially one who talked a lot and in fact it was little, fake boss ... I don't think I'll come back !!
