Perla Verde Hotel in Milano Marittima

The hotel is in a wonderful location for those who love the beach and sea, cleanliness, and attentive room service. The friendly and professional staff at the Verdepuro restaurant are also excellent. A wide selection of breakfast options and an excellent menu are also on offer. Special thanks to the maitre d'oeuvre and one of the boys in the room, Alessandro. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the entire reception staff and the manager, who, with his wonderful smile, brought warmth and a carefree atmosphere to our celebration.

The hotel is clean modern and well maintained, the staff are very friendly, super professional and really helpful. The breakfast has great hot and cold choices with an automatic pancake machine which is lovely. The coffee is in a machine, which was lovely. The room and pool was on the small side, but quite adequate if you’re there purely for the Beach. The beach connected to the hotel is quite pricey (€50) but very exclusive and clean, the food was excellent, we did one day there, then swapped to a traditional bagno, for the duration of our trip. Towels are included for your stay, however if you wish to have clean ones it’s 2 euros per towel, which I didn’t think was too bad, the parking €9 a day in any of the blue bays on the streets, is all arranged at check-in which was so simple. Overall we loved the hotel, I would 100% recommend and will return, the staff were fabulous.

Its a fanstic hotel, we loved our stay the staff were very helpful with all our needs, use the bikes they are a great way to get around. We stayed for over a week and the room we had was a little small for us, however this was our fault, next time we go back, which we will, we will book a larger room. The breakfast was excellent with Gluten free options that were greatly appreciated by my ceoliac partner. The roof top pool is just about the right size for a cooling dip, the hotelis almost right on the beach so its about 50 yards away from the beach front, its bars and resturants. We loved the hotel and will be back to this beautiful area.

The breakfast were lovely and plentiful and could ask for as much as you wanted. Having a kettle and hot drinks available in the room would have been good.Air conditioning and wi fi good

Great hotel with a perfect location. Milano Marittima is a sophisticated town with a great variety of restaurants and entertainment. Perla Verde is a really good place with nice rooms and great service! Third time here and we would like to come back again!

Super friendly staff.
Nice rooms with very comfortable beds and private balconies hidden from outsiders view - handy to dry the swimming suites and towels.
Perfect location - 200 m from the beach and close by from restaurants and shops.
Nice bikes - I enjoyed afternoon rides in the neighbourhood.
The roof terras with the pool and sun chairs offers magnificent views.
Breakfast with plenty of choices.

Exceptional hotel, it is the second year that we come and we are always super satisfied! Young staff, very kind and available to accommodate any request, modern structure, nice and clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast with lots of varieties to satisfy every palate and live cooking of crêpes, omelettes, scrambled eggs, etc.
Excellent dinner with dishes always highly sought after and prepared with care, all exceptional!
The location is also excellent, just a few minutes from the beach and the center of Milano Marittima.
We thank all the staff and in particular the waiter / bartender Alessandro with whom we spent some beautiful evenings in the company of his excellent drinks!
We will definitely be back!
