Hotel Cima Belpra' in San Vito di Cadore

The room was awful. The mattress suffered from sinking problems on random areas and I could not sleep straight the whole night. I booked and payed trough an online booking service but the hotel double-charged me. For the price there are better choices in the area. The hotel is pretty though and that's the only reason I don't rate 1 star.

We stayed here for one night while passing through the area, and wish we hadn't.The room was so dated it was almost funny - if it hadn't been for the extremely high price. The reception area was full of junk and clutter, and it smelled of cigarette smoke thanks to the staff smoking by the door. Shower was a cold trickle, breakfast was a bit of shop-bought cake. When we left the receptionist was very brusque and seemed to have the attitude that she was doing us a favour by letting us stay there. The one star is for the view. Avoid!

A poor breakffasst

Well located hotel, not far from the centre of San Vito. At first it may seem as a lovely family-owned place, but after few days of stay, many disadvantages are noticed.Rooms are old and a bit damp, it's hard to dry out wet clothes, water in the bathroom runs at very low pressure and you have to wait 10 minutes for it to be warm (not hot). Food is bad and cheap, and bought in a nearby supermarket, not home made. Probably the owners think that tourists eat everything. And the staff.... the waitresess are very young and rude, when someone complains about the food straight they start to ignore you. Our table waited 45 minutes for the dessert! Overall, I do not reccommend this place, for sure there are much better places in the area at the same price.
