This is great hotel, excellent breakfast and love the spa. The heated pool is terrific.

Fabulous hotel in all areas, beautiful spa and great massage and facial was had 😊. Sadly the hotel is slightly out on the edge of Desenzano del Garda and along was not a problem for me, but the buses although fairly frequent were sometimes reluctant to take you and taxis were few and far between. But all in all a fabulous hotel, staff everything superb!

Our room on the first floor was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed including a small fridge. Bed was large and also comfortable. Towels changed daily. Swim towel and robes also provided. Booked through Love Holidays. We also used the private taxi transfers which was superb. At the hotel, we used the roof top pool which was very warm....what a view of the lake! Gorgeous. It is not...

Arrived late as flight was delayed by 5 hours but all the hassle was forgotten when we arrived at the hotel. Dali met us and greeted us as if we were old friends. Could not do enough for us and checked in on us a few times during our stay. Gave us lots of good advice as regards getting the most from our stay. Hotel spotless and breakfast set us up for the day.

An excellent hotel that provided a great place to stay for a lovely four day visit to the spectacular Lake Garda and the beautiful city of Verona. The room and facilities provided were absolutely first class, especially the breakfast buffet, and the very courteous and extremely efficient staff made for a very pleasurable stay. We would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We got a full treatment included in the price at the spa and the massage practitioner was very good - unfortunately the pool was very busy and way too loud and it didn’t really feel like to be in a relaxing place.. the breakfast is pretty big and includes some vegan and gluten free options and it was all pretty nice

In an excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the center of the town, we stayed just before high season so they still had some sprucing up of maintenance to do as some areas looked a little tired, breakfast was ok, nothing special but everything usual was there, the way the hotel is constructed and decorated means that it is quite echoing in the rooms/ corridors

Good hotel in Desenzano. Room has balcony either view to the lake or to the street. If you want sun in the evening choose balcony with a view to the street. Room is clean and comfortable. I recently stayed at hotel bonotto and I have to say this is one of the most quality, cleanest and delicious breakfast hotels I have ever stayed at the staff were amazing and they helped me find places to go and helped me with the tours and visits! Very acomadating! I WILL be back!!

Very central hotel, the staff couldn’t do more for you! They helped us book a few taxis and were so helpful. The breakfast had a really good range of options. The room was a little basic and lacked plug sockets but overall it was great and had air con!

A stylish and modern hotel within easy reach of the highstreet only 3 minutes walk to the port, bars and shops, but on a very quiet road with minimal traffic. Recently stayed at this wonderful old Italian Hotel and had one of the most amazing dinners with my lovely wife in their dining room that looks out over the lake. The service was 1st Class and the food & wine was just heavenly. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting this unique part of Italy.

Staff were excellent and very friendly, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only two minor negatives to speak of: - The shower was old-fashioned and very weak - tea and coffee in the room was only replenished once in the entire week we were there. The hotel is situated in a 2-3 minutes’ walk from an equipped beach with a cozy bar. It’s rather comfortable to come by car, the municipal parking is on the neighbor street, special price parking tickets are available at the reception. The room was very cozy, with a nice small balcony to sit and have a drink looking at the lake. Comfortable bed, good hot water pressure. Fine full breakfast.

Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Only issue was how thin the walls were. You could hear your neighbours conversations and even them using the bathroom. This is a very good 3-star hotel, the budget twin room was what we wanted, quiet and very clean, I loved the sturdy mattress and the good pressure in the shower. We only had thin blankets first but I requested quilts and had them on the second day. I appreciate that this was still summer, but I prefer the quilt regardless! Hotel in a great location, right in front of the main harbor and close to Desenzano’s center. Rooms are clean, service is decent and breakfast is quite good. Price a bit high for what you get. Parking available nearby (15€ per day). Overall fine, but nothing special.

Very well situated next to the Lake and close to the car park. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately UK adaptors do not work in this hotel but we found an adaptor on the room kettle so were able to use this with our own adaptors. Staff weren't particularly friendly.

Loved Hotel Tripoli. Location is perfect and right at the port. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Updated bathrooms were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was nice . Wish we could have stayed another day to experience the Tuesday market, which looked really cool and fun right outside the hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

This property is in a great location on Lake Garda! The rooms were spacious but the central AC didn’t work and had to get the front desk staff to bring a remote for the wall unit which took a while to cool the room down. Excellent central location in lively lakefront ***** of Desanzano, teeming with restaurants and bars. Ferry terminal on your doorstep for trips to Sirmione (worthwhile, but very busy in the summer). Despite busy location, our room (not lake facing) was pretty quiet (barring a guest in a room next door that insisted on making loud phone calls at 5am!). Staff was very helpful in anything you asked them. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station with no issues. Breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is 200 years old, and you can tell in some areas, but for the most part the rooms were plenty for us for a couple of days. Will stay there again.

I stayed in a single for three nights and a double (with view of Porto Vecchio) for one night. Oddly, the single was a bigger room, albeit with a small bed. The narrow tub in the single room took dexterity to egress, not suitable if you have mobility issues.
