Very nice hotel with a super comfortable bed and great services — we even stayed an extra night because it was so special. The spa was good too, and we really appreciated having parking included along with the convenient shuttle service.

We enjoyed our stay here, right on the water. The rooms were small but that’s to be expected with this location. Loved the breakfasts. Lots of fresh choices. The pastries were delightful! We also loved the thermal pool and spa. Next time I’d come off season. Too many people in Sirmione in the summer!

We loved our stay here. The hotel is perfectly placed in Sirmione, close to the castle and with plenty of restaurants right on the doorstep. It’s just a minute or two to the main pier to catch a boat to anywhere else on the lake. We had a very pleasant stay during our summer holiday. The food was excellent and the staff were always very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there is no playground or playroom for children. At the end of August, there were also many Asian tiger mosquitoes around, but the hotel can't be held responsible for that.

The room was clean. It’s definitely a 2 star hotel, nice, but 2 star. Front staff was really nice. I was hoping to sit at the pool, but mgmt said it was closed. Hotel Flaminia was ideally located on the lakeside next to all the main attractions in Sirmione. Only two minutes walk to the ferry and castello and five to Terme di Sirmione (unmissable in my opinion). Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Michael is the star of the show at Hotel Mauro! We received a 5* welcome and service from Michael throughout our stay, he really is the heart and soul of this hotel and made our stay an excellent one. Just reasonable Excellent location, but it's a long way from being a good hotel. The air conditioning is incapable of keeping the temperature down. It simply can't handle the heat, as is the small refrigerator that can't even keep water cold. The staff is only reasonable, though they always answer questions quickly. Overall, it's a merely average hotel. I wouldn't stay there again.

Just back yesterday from Hotel Catullo, what a wonderful family run hotel by Fabio and Elena. They welcomed us as if we were family. Their individual attention to all their guests is amazing. The location of this property was stunning with views and proximity to the lake. It is located at the edge of the peninsula, so you do have to walk 10 min to the town center. The rooms are modern, but the washroom was a bit outdated and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and tasty. My favorite was the view of the lake - just stunning.

Absolutely fantastic. Greta location, to get to the hotel if you are driving you do have to drive through the historic centre which can be a little narrow and busy, however is not an issue and quite the experience.
