The hotel is situated in a 2-3 minutes’ walk from an equipped beach with a cozy bar. It’s rather comfortable to come by car, the municipal parking is on the neighbor street, special price parking tickets are available at the reception. The room was very cozy, with a nice small balcony to sit and have a drink looking at the lake. Comfortable bed, good hot water pressure. Fine full breakfast.

Staff were excellent and very friendly, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only two minor negatives to speak of:
- The shower was old-fashioned and very weak
- tea and coffee in the room was only replenished once in the entire week we were there.
Overall we had an excellent stay, great location right by the lake (had a balcony with a lake view), would happily recommend this hotel.

Great location. Amazing view from balcony. Reception staff, dining staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping superb standard- bed was really comfy! Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Only issue was how thin the walls were. You could hear your neighbours conversations and even them using the bathroom. Did not sleep very well due to this issue.

The service was excellent! The front office staff were amazing, the breakfast was nice, and the coffee was the best I’ve ever had! It was my first time traveling alone, but I felt very safe and comfortable staying at this hotel. Great location if you want to stay in Desenzano as a base to visit Lake Garda.

What a great hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful. Nothing is a problem. The rooms are clean and the shower has very good pressure. We had a basic room in the annexe and it was fine.
The breakfast was amazing. Everything you could want. The view of Lake Garda just across the road 20m was lovely.
The roof terrace is also very nice. The bar is very reasonably priced.

This is a very good 3-star hotel, the budget twin room was what we wanted, quiet and very clean, I loved the sturdy mattress and the good pressure in the shower. We only had thin blankets first but I requested quilts and had them on the second day. I appreciate that this was still summer, but I prefer the quilt regardless!
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful and the same with the housekeeping, 5-star service!
But the breakfast service was a different matter, there was a quite stroppy lady who could not keep up filling up the empty trays, and when I complained that there were no scrambled eggs, second day on the row, she kept giving me the evil eye for the rest of our stay. Despite that, we got our fill and the coffee was excellent. The breakfast was included and gets only 2 stars from us!
The location is very convenient, just on the edge of the town centre and near the beach. The hotel's roof terrace is a nice place to appreciate the beautiful Lake Garda and relax.

Very happy with our stay. Great location near city centre and the beach, as well as the harbour. Really good breakfast. Not a fan of the room, probably got an old one with questionable interior, hard beds and pillows and the most negative part was that the door to the corridor was very thin so we heard a lot from the corridor. Over all, totally recommend to stay here for your visit in Desenzano del Garda.

Best view ever!! Balcony views were amazing! Location was perfect and walkable to everything! Breakfast every morning was delicious! Staff was so helpful with questions we had! Would definitely return!

The property is conveniently located in the main area of Desanzano Del Garda. It is a two minute walk to a really great beach and under 10 minutes walking to the main city Square with all of the restaurants and bars and shops. Also, just a five minute taxi to the train station. The room was air-conditioned and at night, even though a busy area. It was still very quiet. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was incredible gorgeous sunset and sunrise.
