Fabulous hotel in all areas, beautiful spa and great massage and facial was had 😊. Sadly the hotel is slightly out on the edge of Desenzano del Garda and along was not a problem for me, but the buses although fairly frequent were sometimes reluctant to take you and taxis were few and far between.
But all in all a fabulous hotel, staff everything superb!

Our room on the first floor was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed including a small fridge. Bed was large and also comfortable. Towels changed daily. Swim towel and robes also provided. Booked through Love Holidays. We also used the private taxi transfers which was superb. At the hotel, we used the roof top pool which was very warm....what a view of the lake! Gorgeous. It is not a big pool but adequate. There is another pool on ground level but water is cold. The staff were lovely and the breakfast plentiful, tasty with lots of choice. They serve lunch but there is no dinner available at this hotel. The hotel is about a 45 minute walk to Desenzano and the buses are not always reliable. We had a 4 night stay so ok for us, we did alot of walking. Would definitely come back for a short stay but if longer would want to be closer to Desenzano.

Arrived late as flight was delayed by 5 hours but all the hassle was forgotten when we arrived at the hotel. Dali met us and greeted us as if we were old friends. Could not do enough for us and checked in on us a few times during our stay. Gave us lots of good advice as regards getting the most from our stay. Hotel spotless and breakfast set us up for the day.

Air conditioning did not work. No proposal how to solve the situation. 28 degrees in the room. Not possible to get a good nights sleep.

An excellent hotel that provided a great place to stay for a lovely four day visit to the spectacular Lake Garda and the beautiful city of Verona. The room and facilities provided were absolutely first class, especially the breakfast buffet, and the very courteous and extremely efficient staff made for a very pleasurable stay. We would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel after many communications with the hotel reception via phone and email as I wanted to make sure that the hotel is located within short walking distance from Desenzano town centre. I was told by a member of the hotel reception that it is only 10 minutes walk to the town centre . As he was very assuring I did not make further research about the hotel's location. On our arrival the same hotel staff who I was in communication informed us again that it would take 10 min. to walk to Desenzano centre . However we realised that we were completely misinformed by this hotel staff; hotel was not in walking distance ; it took 10 minutes by taxi would be more than an hour to walk to Desenzano ferry station. Although there is a public bus -which was not reliable- to Desenzano, this is not we wanted from this holiday. It really spoilt our short break and cost us more than what we anticipated.

I liked everything. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were excellent. The room had a large balcony, which would probably be nice to sit overlooking the lake in the summer. The spa was a bit small after QC Terme, but it had good amenities: several saunas, a hammam, showers, relaxation rooms, and friendly staff. The heated pool was on the third floor, and the spa was on the -1 floor. There was no pool in the spa, so combining the spa and pool was a bit awkward. Parking was available, both free and paid. The breakfast was excellent.

Personnel in the reception very polite and available. The hotel is clean. Very beautiful rooftop pool with astonishing view.
Because of dogs aloud, noisy and not hygienic.
Service in the restaurant very unpolite by the mail waiter, just a small hint to him: before accusing the client not having enough funds in the credit card, check your credit card machine first!
