Hotel was immaculate. The staff very friendly & attentive to our needs.
As it is our Honeymoon we received free Proseco on arrival which was nice.
Breakfast each morning had plenty of choice & was spot on.

A bit too far from the main town and the bedroom needed more storage but the staff were so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was fab. Not much of a spa though

Brilliant hotel
Fantastic hotel , lovely rooms , brilliant staff .
Excellent breakfast choices .
Good pool and spa .
Very well placed to access the town but far enough away to shield any noise .
Definitely recommend .

We had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and made a big effort to say hello and look after you.

The pool was super, lovely and cold to cool off in while sunbathing! The snacks with the drinks was a nice touch, we really enjoyed them.

Breakfast was good, lots of variety and good quality fresh food.

It’s a nice quiet hotel, mainly couples. Can walk into the main part in about 15 minutes which was good as it’s super chill beside the hotel.

The rooms grand, could do with a bit more tlc.

We did the sauna one day too, that was great - we had it to ourselves!

Overall we would really recommend it and if we were ever to come back to Lake Garda we would stay here.

Nice stay
We had a lovely time at the hotel, the pool was a godsend given the heatwave, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we also made good use of the bar and pool service 😃.

The room was a good size however the aircon wasnt fantastic and the shower had quite a lot of mould and one of the window privacy curtains was missing which for the price paid was a surprise. This is why I have rated as good and not excellent overall.

That said, I would recommend the resort.

The hotel was fantastic. idyllic, quiet and just out of town but yet close enough for a short walk for restaurants.

Jessica and the rest of the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
