Visited as part of a Crystal Ski package. Firstly on the skiing.....Crystal Ski market the area as good for beginners and intermediates. Got to say that we were misled. There is a blue directly outside the hotel but it is a tough blue and definitely not for beginners. The overall Drei Zinnen resort is not particularly well connected and the ski school (which we weren't booked into) required 2 separate bus journeys from the hotel. Overall the skiing was disappointing but it would have been fine for a very experienced skier. The hotel itself was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the rooms were comfortable. The spa is great and never felt busy although it was popular. The most positive element were the meals and catering. Antipasti was an excellent buffet and subsequent courses were table service. Many thanks to Marina and Davide for looking after us (amongst others). There is a cosy bar next to the restaurant. We stayed in the 'Residence' (not part of the main hotel) which we were happy with as we didn't fancy the 'Annexe' over the road which meant you would have to walk outside when going to dinner, the spa etc. Only one gripe for the hotel. No way to make coffee in the room and it wasn't possible to get a coffee until you formally went to breakfast.

Amazing experience, beautiful hotel and welcoming staff. Especially enjoyed Ingrid who welcomed us warmly and proffesionaly as well as her very fun Romanian colleague. We will definitely be coming back because of them and the ski resort.

The location of this hotel is great, next to cable car to go up to the beautiful mountain, beautiful hiking paths, outdoor swimming pool overlooking the mountain, great spa area and a gym. The meals are great! Plenty of choices and very good food for breakfast, tea (starts at 2) and dinner. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We are returning customers and we are so happy that it is still great for us!

Had an amazing spring ski trip to bad moos! Sukhi at the front desk took amazing care of us, Sergio got us the best wine and Ferdinando made excellent drinks, this place is hard to beat! Sauna is clean, well-taken care of, massages were so good!

This resort is located in a beautiful area of Sesto in the dolomite’s. The resort is on a unesco world heritage site for its spring waters that run through that area. There are 3 buildings. The main hotel is new with modern rooms. The main lobby and restaurants are located in the main new hotel. The second building was the main hotel before the new on was built. It’s more cabin style with a new updated bathroom. It has a kitchen and is pretty big. It has a wrap around balcony with views of the mountains. The furniture is older but still nice and comfortable. The new hotel is connected to the older one through an underground passage. It connects the two hotels, spa, gym and pools so you never have to go outside. The pool is massive and heated. Has an automatic door where you can go to the heated pool outside while never getting out of the water. The last building is Accross the street and offers less expensive accommodations. All the spaces are very clean. The service is fantastic. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We chose the 3/4 board and were glad we did. It includes an excellent breakfast, light lunch and sit down dinner and buffet. Drinks are not included. Claudia heads the restaurants and she is incredible. From the service to the bartenders all excellent. It’s about a 2.5 hour drive from Marco Polo airport. We highly recommend this resort and will return. The Christmas decorations, menu, food and service were excellent. The new years dinner and party were so much fun. They really did a fantastic job. The gondola is located right behind the resort. There’s skiing, snowboarding and sledding available. We would love to spend our holidays there every year. It was wonderful

Truely amazing!!! I have been travelling all over europe over the past 10 years. But this was truely amazing for its ski in ski out its really absolutely no walking. And especially the food just mind blowing breakfast all types of dryfruits deserts fresh vegetable juices yogurts all top notch then the afternoon snacks was delicious soups cakes salad bread butter coffee so much amazing then the dinner o how to start there are like 10 to 15 types of desserts cakes tarts ice creams just lovely. So nice service such lovely staff. Truely we enjoyed and will surely be back. Very nice spa the pool was heated from perfect nice n hot

The place is amazing ! I took a day of from the ski with my families and i treat myself ( and my dears) with a full SPA day. there are different type of Sauna, the fitness area is not huge but has the basic to do some decent fitness, the swimming is fantastic and really warm, which allow you to enjoy the outside part too ( directly connected with the inside part , through an automatic opening glazed passage ) , but most important .. the staff is super friendly. The guy at the reception ( i think his name is Roberto), is super friendly and always available. I suggest the basic day ( every two people entrance, the structure require an extra treatment for the people that are not staying in the Hotel, but it's totally worth)

We stayed here for a week for our annual ski trip. The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by stunning mountains and right next to a chair lift. Our room was in the main hotel building, it was very modern and spacious with a balcony overlooking the stunning scenery. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The hotel has a fantastic spa with plenty of treatments on offer as well as various saunas, steam rooms, plunge pool and a heated indoor/outdoor pool which is perfect for relaxing after a day up the mountain. Breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner are all included, we found all of the food we had to be of a very high standard and we enjoyed trying something different every day. The only downside is that they don’t serve decent pizza in the bar and instead have a menu of frozen pizzas which is blasphemy for Italy :( The ski locker room is well equipped and has warmers to leave your boots on inside the locker which is a nice touch. All of the staff were happy and helpful, I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we look forward to returning in the future.
