Really great stay - view to the see, clean and quiet

we came upon this hotel quite by chance & it is wonderful. Right on the Promenade, and we were given sea views as the hotel was not busy at the end of February. Well appointed rooms & bathrooms , the staff were friendly & really helpful. A great place to sit back & relax. Also great value - we will definitely visit again

Very convenient location to take a swim only few steps out of the door. There is not free parking. I suggest downloading the app EASYPARK, because the machines on the street are not phone or credit card friendly!

Situation was very good and room very clean and tidy. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Electrics in room and corridor seemed a bit erratic. We enjoyed our short stay.

STOP. STAY HERE. The hospitality, the food, the gardens… everything is magnificent. I can’t say enough how perfect my stay was here.

It’s not really a hotel, its more a wedding venue with lovely rooms, so no bar or restaurant when we stayed, but we did have a lovely breakfast sitting in the garden. The reception has a large car park and beautifully situated in old building and the rooms are a nice walk through the olive grove. Easy check in and a golf cart takes you and your luggage to your room. Very lovely staff.

It’s a gem!! Charming, clean, beautifully designed, comfortable place in a quiet location away from busy touristy areas. Very good breakfast, and the bar at the pool is a nice touch. Nice, chill spot in Leuca BianaLeuca is a great place to stay in Leuca. The location is great, short walk to restaurants and right on the ocean. Lots of amazing views minutes away, Leuca is a beautiful place. The place has a common kitchen and outdoor chill out area. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. The place is immaculate, not a single speck of dust around. The bathroom was a little old, but always super clean and with clean towels. The building is dated but well-maintained. The staff is helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room on the second floor... but it's manageable for one night. Clean, well-organized rooms and a great hotel where we could stay with our dog. The seaside location was lovely, and our room was cleaned every day. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Beautiful hotel. We had the pleasure of staying there during the off-season (December), so it was available. Beautiful structure on the seashore with private parking, recently renovated, it has spacious and modern rooms with large bathroom and double shower. The welcome from Ada and her collaborators was super. The continental breakfast includes cakes made by Ada, citrus juice, jams, yogurt, fresh bread, cold cuts. We had a great visit here. Spent one Saturday night in October near the end of the season. Professional communications with us via email until we checked in. Fine dinner menu. Restaurant was full for dinner, which is always a good sign. Room was lovely, and so were the grounds for walks and talks in the nature. Would visit again one day no worries.

The location is definitely the highlight, on the middle of a wonderful countryside, surrounded by olive trees. The house is also very beautiful, made of old stones bricks. We stayed here twice: once as part of an accommodation package during a bicycling trip, and then again when we returned to Leuca, partly just so we could have the experience of staying a second time at this great place. The vibe is very laid back, and the service is genuinely friendly. You can't beat the location and available services. Highly recommended!

I spent a week at this property with my family. The rooms were nice and clean, but the breakfast was poor and the dinner was of poor quality (defrosted, rubbery fish, bar food, basically). The sea is a 400-meter walk away, and the water is rocky, not sandy. Not recommended for families with children.
