We booked this property through the "Dirotta da Noi" agency, which offered a package that included various services. In this review, however, I will focus exclusively on the residence.
The property is very beautiful, ideally located on the edge of the town center and just steps from the sea. The apartments are modern and well-furnished, although perhaps a little lacking in storage space: if you're offering a two-room apartment for four people, it would be helpful to provide wardrobes or adequate storage space for all guests.
The only note I feel is important to point out, especially for pet lovers, is that dogs are not allowed in the apartment. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed this rule before booking; if I had known, I probably would have opted for another accommodation, as my dog suffers on the beach.
That said, the management was very understanding, and I sincerely thank them for that. For those traveling with their four-legged friends, I recommend carefully considering this rule before booking.

When they say, "Never again!"
The only positive note (even if they only gave us an hour's time) was the spa; the rest is forgettable.
Starting with breakfast, they only informed us at check-in that they wouldn't be providing Sunday breakfast. You're forced to decide the day before what you want the next morning; woe betide you if you change your mind, and if they make a mistake, you have to settle for what they bring you.
The entertainment was reportedly nonexistent, because the beach doesn't even provide a meter of space.
The room was dirty, so much so that we had to buy products and clean it ourselves, and despite numerous complaints, they made us stay without air conditioning for 5 days, without offering us a room change or a refund, not to mention the housekeeping that NEVER came.
The beach resort on which the property is located snubs its guests, and everyone at the restaurant is rude and doesn't even listen to guests' requests. We repeatedly asked for no onions in the condiments, and after going hungry for two evenings, we finally opted to go elsewhere at our own expense.

I spent a week at this property with my family. The rooms were nice and clean, but the breakfast was poor and the dinner was of poor quality (defrosted, rubbery fish, bar food, basically). The sea is a 400-meter walk away, and the water is rocky, not sandy. Not recommended for families with children.

The residence is worth it, very beautiful and the rooms are new, with an adjoining kitchen. We ate well, and the beach was well-equipped, but the rocky coastline makes it a child-friendly environment. Upon arrival, we paid €170 for a club card, which we didn't use. There was no entertainment! The only entertainer was unable to organize anything for either children or adults. The voucher specified evening entertainment, but never saw it! I requested a refund for the club cards by email, but they never responded.
It's a shame because the residence is truly beautiful. They could do more!

A perfect vacation for my family and I, welcomed by an organized staff ready to accommodate our every request and available for advice and recommendations on how to best enjoy Corte di Leuca's fantastic location. A bakery, grocery store, butcher, and fishmonger are just a few meters away. The spacious, air-conditioned, clean, and modern rooms are fragrant and air-conditioned. I had read criticisms about the breakfast, but I found it excellent and well-rounded thanks to the wide selection of products and the helpful service staff. There's a partner beach club 300 meters down in town on the fantastic seafront! The location is very central, with beach service (with beds, not loungers) in a setting that makes you feel like a king. Easy access to the water thanks to convenient walkways. The staff, who also manages dinner service, are extremely kind and always available to respond positively and cordially to any request (my children had a dream).
The value for money exceeded my expectations. Congratulations to Corte di Leuca and thank you for giving us unique memories that my family will cherish forever.

A perfect week! We had a great time at this property within walking distance of the waterfront and other amenities. Apartment: Modern, clean, practical and with all comforts.
Friendly and always available staff.
Inside the structure there are: bar (unfortunately not well stocked) restaurant (not tried), launderette and piercing and tattoo shop (personally I would have preferred a hairdresser :)).
Recommended!!!

Because I was scammed and did not have a minimum of common sense about it, unprepared and presumptuous manager without even talking on the phone with customers, leaving the responsibility to the receptionists.
I don't recommend it. Before booking, get all the information you can.

Modern well-kept and well-equipped apartments. Quiet place and close to an ATM and a minimarket. Courteous and helpful staff practically always. The welcome at the reception of Valentina and her making herself available during the stay are impeccable and always accompanied by a smile. Bar and laundry in the structure. A really great place to stay in Leuca

We stayed the first week of July. The really friendly, helpful and professional staff, starting with Valentina who welcomed us and the manager Daniele always available and able to solve any inconvenience.
The property is truly state-of-the-art as well as being clean and spacious.

The structure has potential that are not there. Upon our arrival they inform us that the spa is closed and that it will perhaps open in the winter. The beauty center is also closed with the pizzeria. The room is clean and tidy with a good air conditioning system except the bathroom which becomes a small sauna with a broken electric window. The water is so hot, about 90 degrees, that it is impossible to adjust the mixer with the risk of burns, the courtesy kit, soap and shower gel are completely missing. Last gem of bad luck, the lift is temporarily out of service. The position is discreet. If you don't want negative reviews, warn that the structure lacks all the surrounding infrastructures, otherwise people feel scammed.
