To summarize, the rooms are nice, the staff is very friendly, but the price for this hotel is just way too high for what is being offered.

The photos online unfortunately do not reflect reality. The first room we were given was on the ground floor with a terrace that directly faced a walkway, offering no privacy at all. Since there was no terrace door, only the entrance door, the room lacked natural light.
To be fair, we were given another room in the same category after complaining briefly. It was much nicer and had a spacious terrace.

The pool area was disappointing and not to be expected from a 4-star hotel. Uncomfortable plastic sunbeds without cushions and a pool with dirty edges did not leave a good impression. Overall, the pool area needs a lot more love and attention to detail.

Another frustrating aspect was the towel policy: pool towels were not allowed to be taken to the beach, as they would supposedly be damaged by the salt water. At a seaside hotel, this is just unacceptable.

We were given old white shower towels instead, again not on par with a 4 star hotel.

On a positive note, the breakfast staff and the staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Overall, given the high price of almost €300 per night our stay was disappointing, with a few positive points.

Beautiful room and great service from the staff. They take you and your luggage to your appartment and answer every question you have. Great recommendations for restaurants and the breakfast is amazing.
