Older property but great if you are looking for a slower pace than the hotels in Venice.

Very quiet peaceful hotel with large rooms and good air conditioning which is essential in august.

Staff very helpful. Property had unique character. only disappointment was related to restaurants in vicinity who probably were focused more on locals than accommodating tourists but we found a friendly and piazza place nearby eventually.

This hotel is in the historical town of Malmoco ca. 10 minutes per bus from the main boat station lido SME. Located on the church square this beautiful little hotel exudes old world Venetian charm with rooms exquisitely done in the fitting local style. This hotel goes on to provide exquisitely appointed bathrooms, well set up modern technology as well as a beautiful courtyard garden, covered breakfast area and quiet reading room. The staff is absolutely stupendous, going above and beyond offering suggestions and help in many matters and ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel also offers the opportunity to do cooking classes with one of the owners and this is a true joy. During our course we were treated Tia visit to the lido market and a wonderful fish store. Then we cooked and chatted for 2 hours followed be an amazing 5 course lunch. In addition to all the aforementioned points the Airconditioning worked perfectly (essential at 30+ degree outside temps) Beautiful free beaches are a short 8 min bus ride away! If visiting Lido for the first time do not forget the bug spray!! All in all a great place to stay.

What a terrific surprise. This is in unstaffed place, they send you the code to get in. It's a little complicated to find but the town is so small so park wherever you can nearby and then you will find it. Stay in the Orazio room. In the middle of the old town on a really tiny piazza. Lovely room, great facilities, great air-conditioning, firm bed, a little balcony, and this is about as quaint town as you're going to find. A real romantic getaway.
