We stopped for a night between August 14th and 15th, and it was a nightmare!
The owner was incredibly rude! I'll just say he attacked us because we took the wrong exit (on foot) through the gate (which wouldn't have changed anything), but the gentleman saw fit to insult us relentlessly.
It's scary, the amount of hatred he has for people!
Not to mention the rest!
If you want a relaxing night/few days, this place isn't for you, because we spent the night feeling anxious!

English: I went to this hotel for a few days of relaxation, I found few positive things, but a lot of negative things. The structure from the point of view remained in the 70s, old furniture that perhaps will fall to pieces soon, reception present, but empty of people, at the reception on the first day I find a very old person who of course I had to look for. In the evening the structure is abandoned to itself, the guests together with the room keys also have the key to the gate, but if someone climbs over the gate they can enter the rooms easily because the entrance door is always open, the doors of the rooms could be opened at any time. Non-existent Wi-Fi above the rooms, cell phones that barely get a signal, the connection they say is only down at the reception but by entering the password the signal is absent. The breakfast with what they take they should give fresh stuff, instead old stuff. Dated breakfast croissants. As for cleanliness, there are two girls who do everything clean. The view is excellent, but it is simply because it is nature. In the afternoon the electricity always goes out, probably because they have a system never adequate for current electricity consumption. In short, a nightmare hotel.

My God, but not even in the worst Motels. But do me a favor, you and your Little Paradise that according to other guests who were there seemed like hell. Are you kidding? Embarrassing service and cleanliness, owners at times grumpy, breakfast that probably had the same slice of cake there for 90 Breakfasts. But please, and you also have the courage to ask for 165 euros for a night. Making an extra smile, a extra cleaning and something fresher for breakfast could certainly help you make your guests feel like they spent their money better and feel good in the place where they are staying. The only positive note is the convenient location to reach the sea if you do not want to travel by car and sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price, even if the umbrellas are very old and the owner of the beach is not very welcoming.
I regret having to express a total dissatisfaction with the structure, very dated, small rooms with old furniture, uncomfortable and old mattresses and pillows, bedspreads and towels with unstitched edges, very small shower, the breakfast room is visible from the reception and the smells that they come from the kitchen are unpleasant. We are not talking about breakfast products, they are old, the cakes are not consumed by the guests because they are hard, but they propose them again in the following days. Little attention from the staff with long faces and zero smiles, the owner always on the defensive, not very welcoming and affable, only knows how to reiterate the higher bills to guests.
Housekeeping staff not very attentive, rooms and bathrooms not cleaned well.
The lights in the corridors and stairways turned off, which is unacceptable.
Bad price quality.
I am sorry for this negative review, I specify that I am writing so that it can be constructive for the owner who I consider a good person.
I would recommend welcoming guests with a smile and providing them with more information about Peschici and the entire Gargano coast, indicating the most beautiful beaches to visit, those equipped and not using maps, recommending restaurants, trattorias, pastry shops where to delight the palate with dishes. typical of the place.
It would be advisable to whitewash walls, change furniture and above all to equip rooms with new and comfortable mattresses, to view the cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and balconies.
