The location is a feature that makes this place worth an experience: a wide view of Santa Margherita Ligure and the Tigullio Gulf. The service is very efficient and courteous. The gastronomic preparations are made with raw materials of the highest quality and in compositions with brilliant notes of originality.

This is not per se a luxury hotel. But it is really comfortable and the luxury is with the spectacular view, the great service and the intimacy. It feels like being in a private home very nicely renovated. The pools are fantastic and heated. The garden is great.

Our room was simple but new and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. For a no frills hotel this is an excellent choice.

This place was great. It’s right next to the downtown part of the city and main strip to walk. Plenty of food options and about a hour walk to portofino. Bus would take less time but the walk itself is beautiful. The man who checked us in was extremely nice and gave us good recommendations. Would stay here again

This was a great surprise. Lovely place, fully remodeled, spacious & very clean. The check-in & check- out was super smooth. Please note, you have to reserve parking ahead. We weren’t aware of that but weew able to easily find street parking nearby. Very walkable location was a great plus also.

Great updated space. The only downside is the noise from people returning to their rooms late at night (you can hear people talking). Otherwise great place to stay and very helpful staff.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and a nice breakfast. The view from the rooms towards the sea is honestly one of the best I’ve ever woken up to. The only negative is that the soundproofing between the rooms is not the best, especially when your neighbour has a dog and you can hear it barking. We didn’t get the rooms we have booked when we arrived but next day we got upgraded to junior suites which was nice. The rooms however were a little worn out and could be updated. Good location, you can go around just by walk, there are many bars and restaurants around, the bus station to go to Portofino also just few minutes by walk.

The hotel's location is good, but the rooms are outdated, with old furniture and an uncomfortable bathroom. A plastic stool serves as a shelf or vanity under the sink, plastic cups are offered instead of glass, and a single shower product is provided for all occasions. There's not a single hook for a hand towel in the bathroom, and towels are folded on the bed each time. There's no comfortable lighting...

Good hotel with the best location in town. Close to everything you need. Nice staff and good breakfast. Recently renovated so disregard the very old reviews. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Sea view rooms have a fantastic view to the water. Would highly recommend the hotel.
