Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and a nice breakfast. The view from the rooms towards the sea is honestly one of the best I’ve ever woken up to.

The only negative is that the soundproofing between the rooms is not the best, especially when your neighbour has a dog and you can hear it barking. Luckily during our stay, everything was quiet by 10pm, so there was no reason to complain, but I wish to point this out as it’ll potentially cause discomfort to others.

We didn’t get the rooms we have booked when we arrived but next day we got upgraded to junior suites which was nice. The rooms however were a little worn out and could be updated. Bathroom was quite small. Beds were comfy. The hotel is located close to the city, beach and harbor and the area was quiet. Rooms were not soundproof - you could hear everything from the room next door. The pool was already closed in October which was a disappointment. Breakfast was good!

Good location, you can go around just by walk, there are many bars and restaurants around, the bus station to go to Portofino also just few minutes by walk.

The hotel's location is good, but the rooms are outdated, with old furniture and an uncomfortable bathroom. A plastic stool serves as a shelf or vanity under the sink, plastic cups are offered instead of glass, and a single shower product is provided for all occasions. There's not a single hook for a hand towel in the bathroom, and towels are folded on the bed each time. There's no comfortable lighting in the room—it's all or nothing. There's absolutely no soundproofing. If you're not an early riser, your neighbors and the housekeepers cleaning the room next door will ruin your sleep. The elevators are old and creaky, groaning, and shaking, making every ride feel like your last.

Good hotel with the best location in town. Close to everything you need. Nice staff and good breakfast. Recently renovated so disregard the very old reviews. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Sea view rooms have a fantastic view to the water. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Very clean room, great central location with great views. Our room was spotless, credit to our lovely cheerful cleaning lady.

Breakfast was basic, but fine and offered a good choice of cold items, but only the same two hot options every morning (scrambled eggs and bacon). No vegetarian hot options!

The only downside was that we were not allowed to use the mini bar fridge (signs stuck to the fridge forbidding this) and we really needed it to keep our water cool, plus the shower design meant water flooded the floor.

Excellent hotel for very modest money!
Located not far from the embankment, 20 minutes to the train station at a leisurely pace.
Lived on the 4th floor - a good view, beautiful sunrises.
The room is really modern, everything is there, even a bath :)
Breakfast is normal, you will not leave hungry.
The staff is a separate point. The guys are great, they will tell you everything, show you, recommend where to go for dinner.
In short, excellent impressions of the hotel ❤️
