Description

Small, cosy apartment complex is located just 200 metres from the ski slopes of Biancaneve, close to the city centre. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and Windows with views of the Dolomites. A good choice for a winter holiday without any extra costs.

Location: in the Central part of the resort of Selva Gardena, 400 m from the main ski lifts, 50 km from Bolzano airport, 190 km from Verona airport, 117 km from Innsbruck airport, 277 km from Bergamo airport, 205 km from the airport of Venice, 360 km from Milan Malpensa airport.

Consists of one 3-storey building.

Only 11 rooms.

Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSi, American Express.

Pets are not allowed.

Good location and spacious apartment. Furnishings are very basic and old. Not enough cushions provided. Some of them are very hard and uncomfortable. Heating cannot be moderated, some of the rooms were very warm, so we had to leave windows open. Kitchen is missing basic equipment.

Communication was smooth. The apartment was fully equipped with amenities, including an underground parking garage for convenient parking. The large balcony faced the town with panoramic mountain views. The only downside was that it was on the third floor with no elevator, making moving luggage a physically demanding task.

Clean apartment, easy access to the station, parking. Arrival was very easy with no problems checking in beforehand; we just wished we had a balcony!

They were really nice and available at all hours of the day. They accommodated all our requests and were extremely flexible. You can stay there with or without a car. Very close to the main square.

Residence a few steps from the center of Selva di Val Gardena, has a garage (very small) where you can park your car during your stay. Check in was done online (if you wanted, there was the option to do it physically by going to another hotel) and the key delivery is done differently than usual, you are given a code and the key is in a mini safe outside the room. The things that we didn't like very much are: - carpet in the sleeping/dining area - very dated and not very clean kitchen - mini freezer inside the fridge but not working as it should (we had to throw away several foods that had defrosted). The rest was pleasant overall (comfortable bed, large table for lunch, great view from the window) However, it is not worth the price spent. It is true that in August everything is a bit expensive but for the price of their apartments you can find something much better.

Expensive
Expensive for what it is. Check-in is late (not before 16h30) but by insisting we managed to get our room earlier and check-out is early (before 10am). Not very practical neither to have to do the check-in in a different hotel (Antares). The room was as described and was clean.

Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms and two terraces overlooking the entire village of Selva, as well as the Ciampinoi, the Danterceppies, and glimpses of the Sassolungo. The garage also adds value.
