Beautiful hotel and spa, great location close to the piste. The food was also fantastic. The service was good - albeit not a brilliant explanation of the hotel and what it has to offer when we arrived, and when someone else took our robes, the spa staff made us head to reception in our robes rather than replace our key for us which was slightly annoying but overall a brilliant experience.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. It started with checking in where they unloaded our car while the front desk gave us a tour of the beautifully decorated hotel. Absolutely gorgeous place. The location is amazing. The hotel, room, layout, spa facilities and staff are all top class! Truely luxurious. Cozy hotel with an excellent breakfast. We were awoken at 7am by the smell of fresh croissants baking in the kitchen. The rest of the breakfast was deleicious and a great way to start an active day. The staff also prepared nice cappuccinos for us. It is located at the main bus station for the town, which makes getting around very convenient. It is also only a short walk to the seceda tram.

The location is fantastic, with a bus terminal right outside and plenty of buses. The room was incredibly soundproof, so despite the hustle and bustle outside, the room was quiet. The service was excellent! They even provided an electronic bus pass, which was very convenient!

Sorry for writing this review 11 months after our visit! Last Christmas week (2024), we spent our fifth Christmas at this lovely hotel. And in just one month we will be there again for the six time! Excellent! We arrived at 10 am early and were allowed to wait 20 minutes while they cleaned so we could check in and drop off our luggage. The breakfast was also delicious. Great location. Hotel is located a couple minutes from the pedestrian zone of the city center. The Seceda gondola is only a short walk away with escalators to take you right to the ticket office. Free parking onsite.

The property was accessible to the cable cars going to Seceda and Alpa di Siusi. If you oike shops,it’s within the area and Supermarket accross the hotel. We stayed here with a camper van. It had minimalistic parking for campers with everything included in the price: electricity, water, showers open 24 hours. The owner is friendly and super chill about arrival and checkout times. Great value for the money.

stayed here late July for 4 days. the hospitality was exceptional from the staff at reception and restaurant - they were so warm and friendly! Little far from slopes, but there is a ski bus. And the owner makes every day deliveries to and from ski resorts.

A truly wonderful hotel. The food was amazing, the breakfast as well as the dinners! We ended up eating there every night because of how good it was. The menu changes daily and a buffet of starters is presented before each three course meal. Both tasty and plentiful. 10/10!! Hotel Pradell was by far our favourite place we stayed during our entire Europe holiday! It’s a short 10 minute walk into town (steep hill) which we did each day to access the cable cars. Cozy place, typical family-run hotel, the new part of the hotel has fantastic and large rooms (5Stelle), the older part but always welcoming rooms in a more past style. The restaurant offers typical local cuisine, an excellent buffet for both appetizers and breakfasts. Splendid panorama, both overlooking Ortisei to the west and the Alpe di Siusi to the east, ski and bike place and car park.

Excellent family-run accommodation in a beautiful location. Very good and welcoming service. Spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent facilities for cooking. Washing and drying facilities. Only recommendation would be to have some fans available for the rooms to keep cool during summer months.

Ortisei in summer, hotels here are quite expensive, but luckily this place isn’t. It’s great that it has both a kitchen and a washing machine. Plus, it’s close to the Seceda cable car.

The accomodation was okay. It was no luxury. The kitchen was making several noises- the kitchen light was sooo loud, the hot water was making sounds, there was only one socket in the kitchen and it was too far from the appliances so we had to use the lengthener that was only for one socket so when we wanted to boil water and then use the microwave we had to unplug one and then plug the other. Overall the apartment was very nice. It's clean, spacious, and the parking garage is also a good size. The view from the patio is awesome, looking down on the Ortisei town. If you're unlucky enough to get a neighbor that's loud, the sound is easily heard through the wall, and especially if you leave your patio door open when it's hot. There is a shared washer and dryer in the laundry room, as well...
