Beautiful hotel and spa, great location close to the piste. The food was also fantastic. The service was good - albeit not a brilliant explanation of the hotel and what it has to offer when we arrived, and when someone else took our robes, the spa staff made us head to reception in our robes rather than replace our key for us which was slightly annoying but overall a brilliant experience.

Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I can confidently say that I highly recommend this hotel. Its commitment to sustainability, the quality of service, and especially Alex from the restaurant made this stay exceptional. He was incredibly thoughtful and kind — truly the best hotelier I’ve ever met.

Excellent! The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Hughes Highland Blue Station. It's only a five-minute walk from the town center, making it easy to get around, eat, and shop. The hotel's location is okay, but it's a bit far from the bus station, making it difficult to move around with luggage. The view from the window is fantastic, absolutely stunning. However, the room and bathroom are quite small, which can be a bit overwhelming.

We stayed here with a camper van. It had minimalistic parking for campers with everything included in the price: electricity, water, showers open 24 hours. The owner is friendly and super chill about arrival and checkout times. Great value for the money.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. It started with checking in where they unloaded our car while the front desk gave us a tour of the beautifully decorated hotel. Cozy hotel with an excellent breakfast. We were awoken at 7am by the smell of fresh croissants baking in the kitchen. The rest of the breakfast was deleicious and a great way to start an active day. The staff also prepared nice cappuccinos for us. It is located at the main bus station for the town, which makes getting around very convenient. It is also only a short walk to the seceda tram.

The location is fantastic, with a bus terminal right outside and plenty of buses. The room was incredibly soundproof, so despite the hustle and bustle outside, the room was quiet. The service was excellent! They even provided an electronic bus pass, which was very convenient!

Sorry for writing this review 11 months after our visit! Last Christmas week (2024), we spent our fifth Christmas at this lovely hotel. And in just one month we will be there again for the six time! We loved staying at Albergo Brunello! Location was great, property was very clean, and owners were friendly and responsive. Also very close to the (free) bus stop that will take you all over Val Gardena. Pretty walking path to the nearby towns too. We had amazing hikes and enjoyed our Sassolungo view from our spacious room! Delicious breakfast too, thank you for a lovely stay🌺
