We stayed at Residence Gasser unexpectedly due to car trouble. The ladies at the reception were incredibly helpful—extending our check-out time without hesitation and looking into options for us to stay another night if needed. Their kindness and support really made a difference during a stressful situation.
The hotel itself was very clean, the room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated that our dog was welcome to stay with us in the room. That made everything a lot easier and more pleasant.
Overall, a great experience—especially thanks to the exceptional service!

I arrived in the late afternoon with my car left about 500 meters from the annex because with the various access restrictions it was not possible for me to get to the hotel and asked the gentleman at the reception oh god really gentleman I wouldn't say given the behavior directions on how to get to the hotel parking lot with the car as soon as he heard me speak Italian he turned away and I had to ask him three times if he would give me the address to put on the navigator to be able to get there with the car he pretended not to understand unique coldness if it wasn't because I had given the credit card number I would have turned my back and left I recommend it for the location very close to the center only for that rooms a little dated but quite clean breakfast passable but not for a four star

Tyrolean style hotel but dated all services are in the other hotel which is 150 meters away including check out. Gruner hotel for 10,000 in total. But the residence hotel of the usual complex is 0. Even more so breakfast not to be had. Highly recommended Gruner hotel is very central from the white tower and the cathedral. It is very beautiful Gruner hotel

It was a beautiful place right near the river. The whole town was peaceful and harmonic. Really enjoyed our stay
