The train tracks are nearby, so you can hear them at night. The beach is clean and the sand is fine and golden. It's a short walk, but the route is a bit awkward because you have to cross the road and the train tracks via an underpass. It's close to a shopping center and Action.
Edit 26 Jun 2017: we realized it has become difficult to sleep in. Trains start rumning at 4 AM and the tracks are right in front of the hotel. They run every 20 minutes. We were placed between 2 rooms that had crying infants and the walls are paper thin. Crows tried to enter through our windows by tapping on it at 6 in the morning. They were vicious. None of this changed the rating but it's something future patrons should know.
