Been there in April 2025, for a weekend, with my family. The hotel has been recently renewed, yet some details still look "vintage". Rooms are comfortable but quite small: they are ok for weekends or less than a week's stays, but probably a longer stay can get problematic, since the room for luggage is limited. Noise insulation is very good though. Nevertheless, the hotel is overall clean and well kept, breakfast is quite good, but could be better in terms of choice. The hotel's position is perfect: both the beach and the downtown can be easily reached by walk. Friendly personnel, prices are ok.

Stayed there for 3 nights and I'm totally pleased! ❤️

I only added pictures of the food because it was an absolute delight. I enjoyed every bite in the best possible way. EVERYTHING tasted amaziiiing🤤 I'm really going to miss that breakfast every day now🥲

We stayed here for two nights. We enjoyed the location, close to shops, pastries and at a walking distance to the old town of Chioggia. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet. There staff was amazing and very helpful too. We didn’t like the fact that we had to park our car in their parking which was situated 10 mins walk from the hotel. And it was closed at night when we arrived from our trip. The breakfast was good. Good value for price!

We used this hotel for an overnight stop prior to boarding a cruise. We found this to be an excellent choice, from the 12 noon check-in following an early flight into Venice to the very clean and light air condition room everything was first class,The hotel arranged a restaurant booking which proved to be essential and a taxi the following day. Breakfast was comprehensive with a wide choice of options. Well recommended and great value. Chioggio is also a very nice location away from the crowds and expensive Venice.

Before booking this hotel, I read the reviews, and some of them mentioned that the view from the hotel window was bad and the rooms were really small. Sadly, this turned out to be absolutely true. I booked two rooms, and both of them had an odd layout, with windows that seemed almost non-existent. Additionally, the air conditioning was weak and made a lot of noise.

While the breakfast was acceptable until 9 am, after that, they didn't replenish items that had run out. On the positive side, the location is good, but overall, I must admit that the rest of the experience was rather unsatisfactory.

Unfortunately I can not confirm 3 stars for this hotel. We supposed to stay there 2 nights. Unfortunately we got very old room with very old and very small bathroom. Old, broken beds, what shocked us AC was not working (outside was 35 degrees). Additionally Was not possible to connect with Wi-Fi. We were travelling with 2 kids and were afraid to put them to this broken bed. After talking to the owner we decide to cancel reservation and leave the hotel. Maybe if you get lucky and get a new room it is worth to stay there. Unfortunately we didn’t get this chance.
